Our stay was just wonderful, first of all the house had plenty of space for a family of seven and super clean the way I would clean my own house. This house is stocked up with everything you might need to cook a meal.The location was close enough to major shopping area and just minutes drive to the beach. The pool was a big hit for the kids.Overall I highly recommend this wonderful vacation home.

We typically stay at "flashy" AirBNBs... this was meant to be a place where we felt more at home, and that's exactly what it was. It was a great place to stay for our quick getaway! Everything was as described -- location was great, neighborhood was nice, it was easy to find and access, and it had SO MUCH on hand! Before you go to the store (which we always do before check-in), go to the house first. Plenty of silverware, dishes, pots, pans, tissue, beach supplies, etc. My family and I really enjoyed our stay! I will note the following (which did not impact our stay): (1) There are a lot of decorative items. Whenever I see that, I typically put the items away to avoid my younger children potentially dropping them. Don't do that here... in their rule book, it says they'll charge you if you don't put those items back in the correct place. (2) They communicate a lot... probably called me 5x before the trip and during the stay, but I much rather overcommunication than lack thereof!

The farm house felt like home. So many beneficial amenities provided for a relaxing and carefree stay. From all things you need in the kitchen to anything you want take to the beach. This house has everything! The backyard provides an oasis to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Whether you want to cook on the grill with a cold one, by the pool or head to the beach and eat at a cafe, the options are endless and close enough for convenience. Anna Maria Island is a short drive around the corner with plenty of delicious restaurants and beautiful beaches. Sarasota is only a 30-35 min drive away with additional options for shopping and food. We can’t wait for another opportunity to go back to do even more and return to all the good restaurants. All in all…it’s our home away from home.

We stayed with our grown kids at the Farm House and it was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen exceptionally well stocked and the outdoor space perfect for grilling and swimming. There were lots of homey touches throughout. I would definitely recommend this house for a family. Also, lots of beach supplies in the garage. Overall, they thought of everything!

Our stay at the Farmhouse was great! This was the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at! The property was as described in the listing/photos. Really nice quality bed linens and towels! One thing that we didn’t realize was that there wasn’t a door separating the downstairs bedroom from the laundry area.

We had THE BEST time. Plenty of space, great facility, the heated pool was used constantly and close to everything we wanted to do! I loved that this was close to AMI but not in the middle of it so you did not have to get in all of the traffic if you didn't want to! We will definitely be back!

Spacious home had everything we needed! Family of 5 Very clean, nicely decorated, plenty of towels, linens, hot water, beach gear, fully stocked kitchen. Books & game boards Pool was clean and heated when we got there (extra charge) nice size space for our small dog in the backyard she was very happy! Quiet neighborhood, across street from the bay with beautiful sunsets every evening. I would highly recommend this home. Can’t wait to return Thanks for the wonderful memories!!

The house was very clean, stylish, recently updated interior, comfortable, spacious, nice neighborhood, not too far from the beach (careful with timing not to get stuck in the "beach traffic"), and the pool + lannai were awesome!

The house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we have was that there was no bathroom on the main floor or basement level. We loved the rest of the layout and the pool and deck were wonderful!!! Thank you!

We spent more time at the house than anywhere else. The kids loved the pool so much and the adults loved cooking in the spacious fully equipped kitchen! It was close to the beach for our beach day.. about 7 or 8 minutes away. The house was VERY VERY clean and everything was brand new.

My family and I loved this home, it had everything we could possibly need. We didn't need to go out for anything at all. The small towns are also beautiful and I would recommend anyone who comes to visit the beaches. Thank you for renting us your lovely home. We look forward to coming back next summer.

The house is awesome...very convenient to everything - was perfect for my out of state company and my adult children who still had to go to work...highly recommend. I would suggest that a restroom be added to the bottom floor. Both bathrooms are on the upper floor - sometimes was difficult when hanging in the pool - then need to get out and dry off a bit so as not to drip water all the the house. Other than that - house was perfect!

The Farm house was just as stated in the listing, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, a lot of thought was input to supply you with what you need while you are on vacation. The location was perfect, close to everything from shopping to restaurants, to the beaches, just prepare yourself for the beach traffic, neighborhood was great, very quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool and the lanai was awesome, keeps the pool clean. The host, Kristi, was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend the farm house. A beautiful home in a great location. Thank you for hosting my family and we will definitely be back.

If I could give this home 100 stars I would. Everything was perfect. Kitchen well stocked, Kristine was amazing and helpful, rooms beautiful, beds comfortable, pool clean and a good size for families and beautifully maintained yard. I'll be back for sure!
