Elevator access is available to transport to any of the floors for easy accessibility.

The dining room sits directly next to the kitchen and accommodates a table for five while the kitchen island offers seating for 2 more. The garage is 7ft tall and 11.5ft wide to fit most boat trailers for storage. Boats allowed up to 26ft long. The community was designed as a boating community and garages made specifically for trailers, outdoor parking of trailers is not allowed. Parking a boat trailer on the street or in the parking lot may have the trailer towed by the HOA. *Current presence of about 15 Manatees in the mangroves that are being monitored by FWC*

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
