Great location, pool was very nice to have everyday after the beach where we could hang out in the water but be in the shade. Bedrooms each had bathrooms which was perfect for our group where everyone needed their own space. We would stay here again!

Beautiful home in a great location on Anna Marie Island. Responsive host. Had a problem with the pool on Sunday morning. Fixed within one hour! Safe area, one block to the beach. Parking is easy. Nice gathering space. Bedrooms spacious. Would recommend this for a large family gathering.

Great house for large group (ages 3-75)! Local free trolley conveniently located right by the house. Outdoor area/pool was a big hit. Host was very accommodating with early check in and late check out.

Great place! Bathrooms with every bedroom - and nice & cozy king beds. We had everything we needed. Amazing location, just a block away from the ocean. We had a few minor issues but management addressed right away. Within walking distance to gas station, nice restaurant and park too. We all had a blast. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

We could not have asked for a better property! We had a big group in town for our wedding and every single person had their own space, their own bathroom and was comfortable. The house exceeded our expectations with all of the beach gear, location, and the heated pool was perfect for a chilly Florida night. Everyone raved about the house and we cannot wait to come back. Also a wonderful shoutout to the hosts who answered our call and were willing to help on short notice!!! I cannot say enough amazing things about the property!

Beautiful home for our girls weekend. Big space to accommodate 9 women. Beautiful pool- across the street from the beach. Owner allowed late checkout, which was so helpful. Had an issue with the temp of the hot tub, which was fixed quickly. Would definitely stay again!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It was an awesome home and location. We had family from all over the US to come watch my grandson play ball at IMG Academy. We had some Seniors that came over for a huge cookout and it was lots of room for all. This home made our Senior night special!!! We loved our stay and will be back again!

This property met all expectations that we were looking for, it was a beautiful property and all bedrooms had their own private bath which was wonderful. The kitchen was fully equipped with cook ware and dinner ware. Very easy walk to the beach which was a plus. Great area to stay. We weren’t able to get the spa to work but may have been user error, we had problems with the garbage disposal but once I called they were right out and replaced it. Would stay again and recommend to anyone with a large group.

We had 3 families and grandma to celebrate her birthday. This house was perfectly perfect! We’ve rented lots of vacation homes and this one is at the top of my list,. The home literally has everything one needs for a beach trip. Each bedroom/bathroom was well equipped with linens.. the garage was stocked with plenty of beach set up from coolers, chairs, toys and wagons along with plenty of beach towels for all. The pool area (equipped w/plenty of pool towels) is lovely along with kitchen/family rooms are great gathering spots for the family. The home is well designed and if you want some quit alone time each bedroom room is a nice little retreat. On our way in we stopped at the Publix, minutes from the house, and anything that we forgot we grab at a connivence store right by. The beach is a quick 2 minute walk out of the back yard gate, the lot is empty so it’s was nice not having another house right behind us. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Beautiful home, great set up with every bedroom having an en-suite. Few minute walk to beach. Perfect house for staying with multiple families and kids (we brought a baby gate to block off stairs on main level for toddlers). Lots of beach equipment and toys in garage to use. Back yard was lovely with lots of furniture to hang out on and great pool and BBQ setup. Would definitely stay again

Great location, beautiful place and pool. Only problem was that the hot tub didn't work. Reached out to property manager and they said they would look into a warranty for the pump and get back to me, but never heard back about it in the time we were there.

This was a wonderful place for our family. The layout of the home worked so well with the combination of adults and children and it is a beautiful home, with great amenities. Our family members commented several times on what a great place it was and how well it worked out for our group of 17. The grandkids loved the heated pool. The place was not perfect, only a couple minor things that the host responded to quickly. So we highly recommend this to others.

This is the ideal vacation home for a large family reunion. My parents, along with their four children and their families all stayed in this beautiful home for a week. The huge living/dining area was great for family dinners. If anyone needed privacy, each bedroom featured a TV as well as an en suite bathroom. The house is only a short 5-minute walk to the beach, or you can relax in the resort-style pool (complete with splash pad, seated area and spa). I can't recommend a better rental on Anna Maria Island!

This home was wonderful for our family vacation. We had a total of 10 people - 8 adults and 2 children. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The location to the beach was ideal and the pool and hot tub topped it off. I would highly recommend this home and location to anyone looking for the perfect vacation spot. And our host Kristi, was the best. She helped us on short notice and made our stay the best.

First, the property manager, Kristi, was fantastic! She communicated with us before the trip, during the trip and checking out. It was the best we've experienced. Second, the property is exactly as described. It is in a great location! It was very clean and well-appointed. Although in a close neighborhood, it felt private. Third, we did not have any issues with water pressure. It was fine. Finally, for tech people like us, it's worth mentioning that the internet speed was the best we've had at any rental. Granted we had a small group, but no one had any issues. Overall, this is gem! We look forward to returning!

This house was a wonderful spot for our family reunion. With 7 bedrooms and baths, everyone had enough space. Located across from the beach, it was an easy walk to get there. We appreciated the wagon that was in the garage to tote items to the beach. The highlight, however, was the beautifully landscaped pool with hot tub! We pretty much lived in that area with the large sectional, TV, table for eating and games, grill and a full-sized refrigerator. The house was an easy "golf cart" jaunt to Publix and ice cream. Because there were 14 of us, it was easiest to cook at home and the kitchen and eating/gathering area made this easy. We would definitely recommend this house as we loved its layout and also its location on Anna Maria.

The location was perfect and offered the option of the beach or the pool. Everyone having their own bathroom was also something we had never experienced! Haha this house provided the perfect environment for my family to come together for my dad’s 70th birthday. The whole process was seamless and we would absolutely do it all over again!
