This home was beautiful. We loved the space and pool that it offered. It was a great location, 15 minute drive to the beach (8 miles). Nice neighborhood to walk/run in. Property manager, Kristi, was very responsive to anything we needed. Thrilled that we could leave behind unopened items for next renters instead of throwing them out. Plan to rent it again next year.

Property manager was great to communicate with. Not crazy about the seashell yard Beds are very uncomfortable. Very noisy. I would recommend getting heating for the pool. That was an option, we just did not do it because we weren’t sure how much we would be in it. Turns out the children were in it all the time. Overall nice place to stay and plenty of room for our family.

We had 9 family members and a dog. The home was wonderful and suited us perfectly. Holmes Beach access was 10-15 minutes away, and was very easy to get to. We would have been hard-pressed to find a better fit for us.

We are snowbirds who came to Florida for a golf trip. Five men stayed in our group ages 50's to 70's. This VRBO is well stock, organized and well maintained. This very clean home would be great for families who would love using the pool. Three good size TV's in the common areas including the pool deck, awesome for the sports lovers in your group. I would 100% stay here again. Thanks for having us.

This is a great place for a large family. We traveled with a total of 10 and we had lots of room. The pool is great and the house even had beach chairs and toys for a beach trip. We had everything we needed for the week and loved the easy access to beaches and fun events and activities. Highly recommend this property for a fun family vacation.

At first, I thought the home was a bit pricey compared to others I have rented but upon arrival I had zero complaints! The home is immaculate! The pool and patio area is gorgeous. We had guests of four generations ranging in age from 5- to 87-years old, and this home had enough space that everyone had privacy and were comfortable in their own spaces. This home is by far the best I've rented (and my family rented a large cabin on Norris Lake last July that was nearly $10k for the week). This one is definitely on my list to come back. The kitchen was very well stocked. The pans weren't all worn out and scratched like you find at most Airbnb homes. The appliances were all in great shape and worked well. There wasn't a thing more that anyone could need from a vacation getaway home. We paid to have the pool heated and one day the water stopped circulating and heating. I called AnchorDown and they had someone at the house to fix the issue within ten minutes! 100% SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

This house was perfect for our large multi-generational family ranging in age from 17 - 74. It was a convenient drive to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. We especially appreciated the large kitchen, long dining table, large swimming pool and two indoor family rooms which provided plenty of space for eating and hanging out. And our hostess was immediately responsive whenever we needed anything. We would definitely return!

This is our second time staying here and I believe it got better lol. It fits our family comfortably and makes for a great relaxing experience!!! Pros: 1. It has everything you could dream of for the beach. We literally had to bring Nothing. 2. The kitchen gadgets and supplies are better than some of the 8 bedroom, $12,000 homes I have stayed in. 3. All aplliances work!!! 4. The towels and blackers were really nice. Many other homes have cheap/rough items. 5. It is close to everything! Grocery, fast food, and just 11 minutes from Anna Maria Beach. 6. Gas for the grill. Hallelujah! 7. The pool deck was so clean and so was all of the house. 8. Feels like home! Cons: 1. The beds are too soft. This is a very small critique but perhaps consider getting a 2 inch mattress topper. We didnt sleep the best. 2. The bugs on the outdoor furniture. We got eatened alive. One family member got bit 40 times. It was rough. We know this because they were the only one on that couch. Overall SO GOOD!

We found Montauks Point vacation home to be spacious and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Lots of extra towels, dishes, kitchen gadgets, pool and beach toys. The covered space outside by the pool is wonderful for those times when it was raining and we still wanted to be outdoors. We had a group of 10 family members from 80 years old to 19 . The only problem was the pool heater was not on when we arrived. We contacted the property manager the morning of day 2 and she sent someone out to turn it on. It was very loud and ran all day. The pool was up to temp on day 3 and was very enjoyable from then on! I would rent this property again. It is in a great location for the beaches, grocery stores, etc.

Our family of 8 had plenty of space to spread out. Enjoyed having two separate living rooms. Granddaughter could enjoy watching Disney in the main living room and son-in-law enjoyed watching sports in the other living room. Shower in master bedroom is absolutely amazing. Pool was enjoyed by all every day. Plenty of beach supplies that was really handy. Short driving distance to the beaches and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

This property far exceeded our expectations! Beautiful house, amazing pool area! Our children swam every morning and night, perfect! Had everything we needed and more. Our only complaint was the noseeums (mosquitoes) they were quite annoying and we all had terrible bites. Aside from the outdoor mosquitoes it was incredible!!!

the house was just as advertised and the pool is fabulous. plenty of seating and tv's everywhere although we rarely used them. Nate the property manager was fantastic, the couple of minor problems we had were taken care of immediately and that included replacing the grill in about an hour. The location is great for getting to the island and golf courses.

We had such an amazing time! This home was clean and spacious for our family of 10. The pool was such a good size and the closed in Pool area was where we spent a lot of time. The beach was about 15 minutes away which was a plus! We had great communication with the property manager. This house came with everything you would need. Everything was provided in the kitchen as well as plenty of bathtowels or pool towels. All the rooms were decorated very nicely they were all spacious and they all came with ceiling fans which was a great plus. We love that there was a bathroom that was a shared bathroom with bedrooms and the pool area. The king master Room was so spacious and perfect for us. I will say that some of the beds like the one in the master were very squeaky and not real comfortable so it sounds like it may be time to update those bed frames and mattresses. Some of us slept good and some not so good but the over all house was great! Would definitely stay again and recommend this place! Cleanliness means everything and this place was spot on! Thank you for providing a wonderful rental, clean pool, house and great location.

We have been renting in the Bradenton area since 2006 and this place was by far the best one yet! We spent most of our time in the outside pool area. The weather was perfect. The house is very spacious, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need just like at home. And so close to Anna Maria Island. It was the perfect vacation!

This place was clean ans had everything we needed. Like EVERYTHING! Pool toys, beach toys, inside toys, Netflix, Disney, puzzles, and a wonderful POOL. ONLY 10 minutes to the beach and close to food, grocery stores, and restaurants. The house was bigger than the pics show so that was AWESOME!. OVERALL A WONDERFUL STAY.

My group rented this property for a long stay. The house has everything you need to make your stay wonderful. House is close to the beach (Anna Marie Island), shopping and restaurants. Bedrooms are nice size, kitchen had plenty of pots/pans etc. but by far the best part of this property is the backyard living area. Just a beautiful yard/pool, you will spend all your time here as we did. The only negative to report is the 'pool heater' is a bit noisy. Overall we give this property 5 stars, and Kristi and here team respond promptly when needed and get 5 stars as well. Thank-you
