Walking into the property you will immediately notice the homey, modern decor of the property that is accentuated by the natural lighting that flows through the large windows and glass doors. The home has a spacious open floor plan with a living room, kitchen, dining room, and family room all combined which offers a gorgeous view that overlooks the pool and canal.

In this renovated kitchen, the chef is always in the center of things, with a large island, a new cooktop, and all new appliances. The dining room accommodates a table for six and the kitchen island offers seating for 6 as well. Just off the dining room, you will find the family room with a Roku Smart TV which boasts the view outside and seamlessly blends together with the pool deck via the sliding glass doors.

When heading outdoors, you will notice a plentiful supply of seating to make lounging by the pool a breeze. There is also a dining set outside for dinners by the water or for quick snacks during fun at the pool. This pool faces west so it will be a great place to hang out at the end of the day and catch the beautiful sunsets that Florida has to offer.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? This property offers a split floor plan with the master bedroom suite and 2 more bedrooms on the right side of the home and the other 2 bedrooms on the left side of the home. All bedrooms come equipped with Roku Smart TVs to make sure you don't miss your favorite shows or movies. The master suite sits at the back of the home with access to the pool area and provides a king bed and sleek ensuite bathroom with double vanity. Two more bedrooms sit on the right side of the home. Both are appointed with queen beds and share the bathroom in the hallway which has a shower-tub combo and double vanity sinks. On the other side of the home, you will find the last two bedrooms; the first is equipped with a queen bed/ full trundle bed and the other contains two queen beds, these two rooms share the third bathroom which can be found in the hallway between the rooms. This bathroom is finished with a shower and also has dual vanity sinks.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable.
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
