Beach-Front Condo on Indian Shores
This updated, beach-front condo, in the Chateaux building, offers a tropical resort atmosphere on the beautiful white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. An 'Owner's Pride' and a client favorite, you will truly fall in love with this condo!
-Interior of unit includes: Living/dining room combo with open kitchen, 1-bedroom California King size bed, with walk-in closet, twin roll-away, 1-bathroom, and tile flooring throughout
-Gulf-front balcony offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the beaches
-Sleeps 2 (w/bed), will accommodate 4, (w/sleeper sofa and roll- away bed)
-Furnishings include: Sectional convertible (pop-up) double sleeper sofa, recliner, dining table, desk, armoire, balcony patio furniture
-50 inch Panasonic flat screen TV in living room (with digital cable DVR)
-43 inch Samsung flat screen TV in bedroom (with digital cable Non-DVR)
-Appliances include: refrigerator, range, over the range-microwave, dishwasher, counter-top appliances
My condo is a direct beach-front unit facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico (not facing the road and no side views).
The condo unit is a first floor unit, but above the covered parking. Your parking spot is conveniently located directly underneath the unit.
Unit 108 is exceptionally clean, and very well updated. The entire unit has ceramic tile flooring throughout...no smelly musty carpet.
The kitchen is fully stocked. Pots and pans are available in the condo.
There is a washer/dryer coin operated facility located on the first floor....opposite end of building from unit 108 next to the elevator.
Bath towels and bed linens are provided. The only towels that are not provided are your own beach towels and personal toiletries. You would need to bring your own or purchase them.
Owner does provide beach chairs and umbrellas located in the bedroom walk-in closet. I cannot guarantee that everything I leave behind will always be there. However, for the most part, they do not go missing.
Also, there are beach umbrella lounges available for rental on the beach. As well, there are a variety of shops on the strip that sell beach supplies/umbrellas, etc.

1. Forgot your beach towels? ... You may rent large fluffy high quality beach towels: 2 for $10.00! This is for the length of your stay. You are asked that you please return the towels when you check out.
2. You can rent your beach umbrellas and chairs from us too! Beach chair rentals are $15.00, umbrellas are $20/each, and carts are $35.00 for the length of your stay. When you check out please return the chairs/umbrellas to our office.
3. Free DVD's! Ask our reservationists for your card and enjoy FREE movies during your stay.
4. Free bikes! Stop in the main office, Monday through Friday and we will loan you bikes for the day! Bikes are available at 10 am Monday through Friday and must be returned the same day by 5 pm.
5. We now rent golf clubs! $25.00 a day or $50.00 a week on a first come first serve basis. The closest public golf course is Largo Municipal and it is less than 2 miles from the Indian Rocks Beach bridge. Ask for details in the rental office.
6. Free use of Business Center! Stop by the business center to print boarding passes or use it for other business! We understand that sometimes when your on vacation you may need to get a little work done. Come enjoy our complimentary business center from 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday!

-Reservations are a 7-day minimum during peak seasons (January through end of April, 4th of July week, Christmas break)
- Cancellations require 45 days notice prior to arrival for refund (less $200 service fee)

-Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and Check-out is 10:00 am.
Credit card imprints will be required at the rental office upon arrival as a security deposit

About the owner: My wife Anna and I live in Kitchener, Ontario Canada. We travel to to the Tampa/St. Pete's area approximately twice a year.
We are always trying to spruce up our condo and make it look and feel like a second home for both ourselves and our clients. We love coming back to the Chateaux condo as do our repeat customers!
Why this property? Wonderful, safe, quiet and family friendly atmosphere. The 'beaches' offers a tourist setting while still a close way to neighboring bridges taking you to the mainland.
It is personally a 'home away from home'.
Wake up in the morning, have a cup of coffee or tea on your balcony over-looking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico....feels like an arm's length away....PRICELESS!

Beautiful updated condo with an amazing view!
Enjoyed our stay! ! Great view from the balcony and just a few steps to the ocean. The unit was well furnished and stocked with everything you may need. I definitely would rent again with no hesitation! The owner was quick to respond, and the rental company was helpful. Thank you for your hospitality! Just wish we could've stayed longer!

2 week stay
No location right on the beach was amazing the sunsets were incredible the balcony perfume provided a great View. Condo as well furnished who was kept at a great temperature lots of chairs and a great shower before entering back into the property. Condo was well-furnished, wish there was an extra pair of sheets. The apartment itself is a bit dark but a lot of lights. There was construction above so that was a little loud at times but weren't in the condo much. Loved that the walk to the water was not very far. Plumlee is the property manager and the staff there was wonderful, they have bikes you can use and also free DVDs which was an added plus.
