Unique Benefits
My condo is a direct beach-front unit facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico (not facing the road and no side views).
The condo unit is a first floor unit, but above the covered parking. Your parking spot is conveniently located directly underneath the unit.
Unit 108 is exceptionally clean, and very well updated. The entire unit has ceramic tile flooring throughout...no smelly musty carpet.
The kitchen is fully stocked. Pots and pans are available in the condo.
There is a washer/dryer coin operated facility located on the first floor....opposite end of building from unit 108 next to the elevator.
Bath towels and bed linens are provided. The only towels that are not provided are your own beach towels and personal toiletries. You would need to bring your own or purchase them.
Owner does provide beach chairs and umbrellas located in the bedroom walk-in closet. I cannot guarantee that everything I leave behind will always be there. However, for the most part, they do not go missing.
Also, there are beach umbrella lounges available for rental on the beach. As well, there are a variety of shops on the strip that sell beach supplies/umbrellas, etc.

1. Forgot your beach towels? ... You may rent large fluffy high quality beach towels: 2 for $10.00! This is for the length of your stay. You are asked that you please return the towels when you check out **rates subject to change/availability is not guaranteed**
2. You can rent your beach umbrellas and chairs from us too! Beach chair rentals are $25/each, umbrellas are $30/each, and carts are $35.00. When you check out, please return the chairs/umbrellas to our office **rates subject to change/availability is not guaranteed**
3. Free DVD's! Ask our reservationists for your card and enjoy FREE movies during your stay.
4. Free bike rentals! Stop in the main office, Monday through Friday and we will loan you bikes for the day! Bikes are available at 10 am Monday through Friday and must be returned the same day by 5 pm.
5. We now rent golf clubs! $25.00 a day or $50.00 a week on a first come first serve basis **rates subject to change/ availability is not guaranteed** The closest public golf course is Largo Municipal and it is less than 2 miles from the Indian Rocks Beach bridge. Ask for details in the rental office.
6. Free use of Business Center! Stop by the business center to print boarding passes or use it for other business! We understand that sometimes when your on vacation you may need to get a little work done. Come enjoy our complimentary business center from 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday!

My Husband & I have stayed for the 3rd straight year in a row (‘23 to ‘25) at this beautiful condo! It is very nicely decorated & very welcoming; feels like home which is what we call it while we’re there!! We like that it is on the 1st floor, which is right next to the stairs and by our parking spot! We were really excited when we got there this year; there was some newer updates and we also got extra bath linens! We plan to come back in 2026!!

You couldn’t ask for a better condo, with a wonderful, quiet beach location. Take your morning coffee out and sit on the balcony while watching the sun come up and dolphins swimming by, or you can walk to the French pastry coffee shop for breakfast. Come back and get your bathing suits and towel and go to the nice heated pool or a few steps more to lay on the beach. Very clean and inviting for a relaxing home away from home, with all the amenities you would ever need. The condo is right up the stairs from your own covered parking spot.

We have just spent 3 weeks at Chateaux 108 and had a wonderful time. The condo is right on the beach with a good sized pool. The views from the unit of the beach and sunsets are stunning. The unit is well furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was easy to check in and out. The only negative was the sofa bed was not at all comfortable.

Chateaux #108 is the best condo for the value. It is very updated with any/all the amenities you will need. It is close to everything, within walking distance to several restaurants. Right on the beach with a wonderful balcony to watch sunsets! The pool is ALWAYS heated! On a chilly day it’s great to enjoy the pool! We used the grill a couple of times and it looked brand new! You have your own covered parking spot right below condo with just a few steps to reach condo. The owners Louis and Anna, are the best!! If you need to reach out to them for anything they answer within a very short time. They definitely want to make sure their clients have what they need and are comfortable. We would recommend this condo to anyone as it’s the perfect location but yet the complex is very quiet!

This is a very nice clean condo with a beautiful view of the gulf. The building is clean, safe and quiet, most tenants and renters were older. The pool area has a shower, bathrooms, a nice gas grill, and combo locks to the beach. The beach is clean, relatively quiet even during Spring break, and monitored by police daily. I didn’t want to leave!

The condo was very roomy, beds were very comfortable, views were exceptional. Condo had very basic supplies. If you are a cook, you will have to buy seasoning, salt and pepper, paper towels, kitchen soap. You are required to wash beach towels, but they don't provide you with detergent.

My Husband & I were very impressed with this condo! It is exactly what you see in the pics online…very nicely decorated & roomy & it felt like a great place to live, so we both felt at home!! The owner, Louis, is very nice & quick to respond to text messages! Last year we stayed in Sand Key & it didn’t work out to go back, but that’s ok because we love this location…it’s closer to the ocean! This condo is also much more closer to many restaurants, ice cream places, shopping & the Boardwalk & also not a far drive into Tampa!!!! Another perk was being able to walk across the street to Smugglers Cove to play mini golf! The pool is very nice & clean & there’s an ample amount of space to relax in the sun! We really liked having the hose to spray off the sand before entering the pool area; there’s also an open shower to rinse off the salt & sand! It was nice having an assigned parking spot so we never had to worry about finding one! We love it so much here, we already put a deposit down for 2024!! We are looking forward to another fun & relaxing time in beautiful & awesome Florida!!

We were pleasantly surprised with our condo at châteaux 108 on Indian Shores beach. We felt like this was our home, not a rental. The condo much larger than we anticipated, was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows available for a good nights rest. The condo was stocked with all the cooking utensils needed, including a nice coffee pot. A few things we really enjoyed: the serving trays were great for having breakfast in bed and eating out on the terrace. Each evening we experienced the gorgeous unobstructed sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. A small cooler was available which we thoroughly enjoyed for our beach beverages. The cabana rental on the beach was awesome- $35 a day rental but worth it. The beach was awesome and not crowded. Everyone we met was very pleasant. The condo was very quiet day and night as we sat outside and listened to the surf. I can’t say enough about this condo…. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Best location on the beach! Your car is parked right by condo at the bottom of the stairs. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you would need for your stay. Beautifully decorated and has a very homey feel. Pool is always clean and heated, with a nice gas grill by the pool. The owners, Louis and Anna take pride in their guests comfort. We have stayed here several times and plan on coming back every year. Condo is right up the first flight of stairs and is very convenient (although there is an elevator at end of hall if needed). The laundry is located conveniently on the same floor. Condo has a perfect view of sunsets with no obstructions what so ever. You can sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins go by. Huge variety of restaurants close by to choose from.

As artists, this condo WOWED me and hubby as soon as we opened the door! It looks even better in person than the photos convey. Not only will you find QUALITY materials used in every room, however, it is also very tastefully decorated, with warm, welcoming earth toned colors throughout. The condo also has many items in it that I have always thought about buying, however, didn't because I couldn't visualize it in our home - like large, creatively decorated floor lamps, silky curtains, ornate matchstick lamps and tables. I would have never purchased various ornate items and put them together if the items didn't come as a matching set because I didn't think it would look good however, it does and it works well in this condo, so-much-so that it has inspired me to clean out and re-decorate some of the rooms in our home. I was already online shopping for lamps and wall art this morning!A hotel room has nothing on this condo...you will feel AT HOME or maybe even better than being at home...it is relaxing - especially the balcony and that direct OCEAN VIEW and it contains most everything you need for a COMFORTABLE, ENJOYABLE experience...and to top off all of what was mentioned above, the owner and the rental property managers (Plumlee Gulf Beach Realty) were A+ FRIENDLY and easy to communicate with. It took me months to find a vacation rental that satisfied most of my wants and just as I was about to give up, this property came up in my search and I am very HAPPY that it did...I think you will be too!

We were very impressed with the location of the condo and our parking spot was right under the condo. Louis and Anna (the owners) were wonderful responding to any questions we had, very quickly. The condo has a very homey feel which makes you feel right at home. It is walking distance to restaurants, pizza, party stores and gift shops. The view of the beach is spectacular, the pool is very well maintained and heated unlike some we have been to, and the gas grill is very easy to use.

We had a great vacation at this condo. It is very pretty and well appointed with everything we needed. The location is very good as there are nice little stores and restaurants nearby. You couldn't ask for a nicer staff than Plumlee Realty. Extremely friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The view from the balcony is just beautiful. And, the mattress on the king bed was so comfortable! The beach items (chairs, umbrella, cooler) were greatly appreciated as well! The only suggestion we could make is that a hand bar in the bath would be helpful for seniors. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

We didn’t cook a whole lot but it had the basics for what little cooking we did. The only thing, I wish there were a few more throw blankets and pillows.

This condo was perfect for our family! It was my mother in laws first trip to Florida and this condo was perfect. We were able to use the roll away bed for my son to sleep on our floor and she slept on the pull out sofa. We had all the amenities we needed for a few days.

We were lucky enough to have this condo from Nov 22- Jan 9th. The unit has everything you need! ( dishwasher, HVAC, WIFI, TV with Netflix, land line telephone with free LD home to Canada)The balcony is a lifesaver if the weather is cool and the sun is out, as you are protected from the winds. (there is a clear unobstructed view of the gulf) The balcony is a good size and has table and chairs and a sofa with tables to relax and enjoy the outstanding sunsets.Laundry facilities on the same floor, with a change machine! ( no more looking for quarters every time you visit the store)The pool was very quiet, and beach just steps away for daily walks.King sized bed with great firm mattress, walk in closet, lots of places to store our belongings (we had a lot of "stuff" as were there almost 2 months....not nearly long enough)Louis and Anna, owners were great to deal with.Plumlee and staff were very, very helpful, as we had a few on line deliveries'.We would return in a heartbeat.5********PLUS Marg and Jeff

My experience from beginning to end with Plumlee realty, the owner Louis, and customer service representative Deborah, has been fantastic! Deborah at the office was extremely friendly and very helpful. The condo is beautiful, the pool area is nice, and it’s right directly on the beach. I am very happy with our experience and look forward to doing business with you all in the future.

Enjoyed our stay! ! Great view from the balcony and just a few steps to the ocean. The unit was well furnished and stocked with everything you may need. I definitely would rent again with no hesitation! The owner was quick to respond, and the rental company was helpful. Thank you for your hospitality! Just wish we could've stayed longer!

No location right on the beach was amazing the sunsets were incredible the balcony perfume provided a great View. Condo as well furnished who was kept at a great temperature lots of chairs and a great shower before entering back into the property. Condo was well-furnished, wish there was an extra pair of sheets. The apartment itself is a bit dark but a lot of lights. There was construction above so that was a little loud at times but weren't in the condo much. Loved that the walk to the water was not very far. Plumlee is the property manager and the staff there was wonderful, they have bikes you can use and also free DVDs which was an added plus.
