Our penthouse condo HAS THE BEST VIEW in the comunity of the Matanzas River and all of the boats and activities. It features three bedrooms, two baths and nearly fourteen hundred square feet of waterfront luxury living. The Master bedroom has an extremely comfortable king size bed and great view of the Intracoastal waterway from two large windows. The Master bath has double sinks, full glass shower with a hand-held water massage. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twins. A soft, comfortable couch in the living room also pulls out to a queen size sleeper with an innerspring mattress. Each bedroom is also furnished with full-size dressers, mirrors, nightstands, chairs and lots of natural light. High-speed internet access, WIFI, two televisions (2 are flat screen Smart HDTV), a DVD player, a full-size washer and dryer and a one-car garage add up to a combination of entertainment and convenience!
If you are a bike rider- there is no place better than Palm Coast to enjoy the extensive bike trails through the woods, swamps and along the beach or river. We provide 2 bikes & helmets, but bring your own & join in the riding club that gathers weekly at PC Bikes. Or be an explorer and venture out on your own adventure. We provide a map of the most recent trails and routes.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo. It was exactly as pictured in the listing. It was very clean and very roomy. The view off the lanai was amazing for watching all the boats go by. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge and had a wonderful showerl. The elevator came in handy when carrying our luggage and groceries up to the 4th floor. The bikes offered were old and had no gears. We ended up borrowing some from friends who live in another unit. We would definitely stay here again!

We purposely provide beach cruisers as we’re never sure of the proficiency and age of our renters riding them. Both bikes were less than 5 years old. We enjoyed our 3month stay at the West’s Coastal Retreat on the Matanzas river. The hosts were very organized and gave complete instructions regarding the condo and association regulations. The bright and cheery retreat was well appointed with all things coastal, Our favorite place to relax was the screened lanai. The panoramic view from the fourth floor was ever changing with the appearance of large yachts, paddle boards , dolphins , bikers and even several rocket launches. Our favorite road trip was on A1A to St Augustine where the road winds between the Matanzas river and the Atlantic. The hosts have provided a notebook citing the many restaurants and recreational activities in the area, The Sunday farmer’s market at European Village is both festive and productive. We felt very at home and secure at the lovely condo and are happily returning next year.

Canopy Walk is a superbly maintained condo complex in Palm Coast, FL, and unit 844 is superbly maintained as well. It is beautifully decorated, with a fantastic view over the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) and the adjacent public walkway along the ICW. The owners are rightfully proud of their condo, and are excellent to work with.We feel very lucky to have had the chance to rent their comfortable condo several times, and look forward to the chance to do so again.

This was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. There was enough room for my husband, my cousin, and I. Also, one of our Canasta partners came and spent 2 weeks. They were impressed and hope we get a chance for another stay here. We already know it is taken for next year but maybe the following year. It was close to everything we wanted, my husband could go for long walks, and I exercised by taking the stairs instead of the elevator. This also had everything we needed in the kitchen, on the balcony, and we saw the cruiser in the picture go by almost 5 times a week.
