We are so excited to introduce our newly redesigned villa. Solace West has been thoughtfully designed with ample opportunities for you to recover. From the colors, to the linens, to the decor our goal was to provide you a place where comfort and style lend toward rest and recovery. This inviting space offers you the opportunity to unwind, whether relaxing with a movie on the couch, enjoying an afternoon siesta in the hammock while feeling the cool of the afternoon breeze, relaxing those tired muscles with a long soak in the hot tub or walking across the way and enjoying some time in the sand. At night the outdoors are beautifully lit to let you keep enjoying the space. Whether using the lit hot tub with its waterfall feature, or sitting by the fire and enjoying the night sky. Our outdoor space also features a beautiful outdoor shower where you can rinse all the sand before getting ready for your next adventure. We believe this space is perfect.

We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need.
We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house.
Hospitals are minutes away if needed.

AmberWe could not have chosen a better home for our stay!! The home was beautiful and had everything we could have needed during our time in Florida. The house was immaculate upon arrival and so comfortable. It was in a great location that was walkable to the beach, along with so many wonderful establishments nearby. We will definitely be visiting again!!

HaoSome minor hiccups during our stay with amenities but Randy and his team were able to address them quickly. The property is well located, less than 3 mins walking distance to a beautiful beach! The duplex is well kept, interior design is spot on, perhaps a small dining table instead of over the dining counter should help with 3 or more guests. We shared a wall with the other guests in the other units with kids but we heard hardly any noise at all. Very private setting b/w 2 units. Spacious parking spaces but Gulf street can be busy at time, so when backing out from the drive way, be careful, blind spots in both in direction, but not a major issue once you get familiarize with the area. BBQ grill is fully equipped with all the essentials for outdoor cooking.Overall a great stay for us, Thanks Randy and Millie for an awesome experience! We will be back.

HilaryWe had a great stay with our family of 3 young children. The place was spotless and easily accessible. Publix and local shopping centers are a short walk away which is easy with a young family. The beach is also walkable with public parking at the entrance as well. The hosts were very proactive and communicated frequently during the stay. They even had a high chair and pack and play in the space!

BethPerfect little beach cottage! We walked to grocery store, breakfast each morning, and the beach multiple times a day. The walk to beach was just a few minutes and the wagon and beach supplies provided were great. Lovely little back yard area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

SofiaWe had a great holiday ! Anna Maria Island is charming and the sea and beach are beautiful. The house is just 2 minutes walk from the beach and this is priceless! Having the private parking spot at the house it was so easy! The island is small and parking is a bit of a problem. With the house so close to the beach and having a trolley available with chairs and umbrella was just exactly what we were looking for!We had few days of windy and rainy weather and having the hot tub was a plus!!! We could enjoy it in the evening and it was sooo relaxing.The fire pit and the Grill made our evenings and dinners at home amazing! I want to ask the host who did the renovation and the design of the house as it is so nice and functional.We can tell that they know what they are doing and everything is organized to make people have the best holiday!Randy wad always responding and when we needed extra sheets for the sofa bed, he came in person to provide them! So kind and thoughtful.A 100% go!

BrookeWonderful hosts! Excellent communication! They even set out a birthday card and some fresh flowers for our baby turning 1 during our stay! Pack n play and highchair were both very clean which I greatly appreciated! We had a request to see if a vacuum could be dropped off and they brought one over in a timely manner! Great location, just a couple minute walk to the beach! Makes it so easy to not have to load up in the car to get to the beach! We loved using the beach wagon/chairs/towels/umbrella provided and the outdoor shower was so great to rinse off all the sand after a day at the beach! Only things I would change is a curtain to be added on the kitchen window for privacy at night and wall hooks by the front entry (wasn’t any) and additional wall hooks in the bathroom. Found myself frequently needing hooks to hang handbags/towels etc. but a simple fix! Great place to stay!

JillWe absolutely loved our stay in Anna Maria Island at the beach bungalow. The place was emaculate & everything updated, matched the photos. There were fresh flowers for us upon arrival, which we truly appreciated! We only experienced 2 minor issues, which were taken care of promptly on Day 2. The host is very responsive. We absolutely loved the outdoor space! It's private, quiet, back away from the road (which was wonderful for our toddler) and we could watch the sunset every night. The outdoor shower is perfect when returning from a day at the beach. My teenager lived in the hammock! My partner & I truly enjoyed the evenings by the for table and enjoying the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped & we cooked a couple meals during our stay between inside and the gas grill. The beach chairs, umbrella & cart were an essential amenity! The location was perfect with the beach only a 5 min walk away and 2 restaurants within walking distance.

So many times you read “close walk to the beach” and then you get there and realize your definitions of close are different — that is NOT the case here! It was maybe a 2 min walk! Great location! Great hosts, Randy was incredibly responsive and making sure we were taken care of! Would absolutely stay with them again!
