A stroller, highchair, and kids' dinnerware are provided for your convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight of the home. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of place settings. Kid-friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, a toaster, blender, instapot, and
coffee maker with complimentary coffee, filters, and creamer are all at your disposal.
There are several dining options available. Enjoy a quick bite at the kitchen counter with 2 stools, gather around the dining room table that seats 6, or have a cozy breakfast at the high-top table with 4 stools. Out by the pool, you'll find an outdoor sofa and an outdoor dining area that seats 6.
Rest assured, this vacation home is equipped with central air and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood so please just respect the neighbors.
We offer self-check-in, eliminating the need for an on-site key handover. Detailed check-in instructions are sent to guests 24 hours prior to their arrival. Each quest is assigned a unique door code, granting them access to the home throughout their stay.
Additionally, let us know if you will be bringing a furry companion (dog) along with your group. They are welcomed at an additional non-refundable charge.

MichaelSpacious house, very clean and well decorated with enclosed pool free from mosquitos. Great view for your morning coffee. Although not on the beach, the central location is ideal if you plan on visiting different beaches, from Siesta Key to Anna Maria. Randy is very responsive and checking in was a breeze.

AlinaOur stay was just great! The house was clean and neat. The bathrooms were spotless. The bedrooms were beautiful and cozy. Clean sheets and comfortable bedding. The pull out bed in the bunk bed didn't have sheets and there were some stains on the mattress that caught the eye though. The kitchen was good, had a bunch of things but we didn't find any saran wrap that was needed. The pots and pans and ovenware could use an upgrade. Other than that it was great. The host is super responsive and helpful! They had lots of useful things for the beach and pool, the kids had a blast and so did the adults. Also, I liked that they had things for a baby (high chair, pack and play, stroller). Overall great stay, just minor things that could be looked at, would still recommended this place.

AlexWe stayed at Randy’s house for four nights near Sarasota and absolutely loved it. The house is spacious — perfect for our group of four adults and three kids. Everything was spotlessly clean, even cleaner than many high-end hotels we’ve stayed in. The location is great — about 20 minutes from beautiful white-sand beaches in Bradenton and Sarasota. It was our first time in the area, and we were amazed by the clear, turquoise water.There’s a small lake by the house with a boat, which we used, but the nearby river is shallow, so don’t expect a long ride. The house is well-equipped — from cooking spices and BBQ tools to floaties for the beach and pool. Our kids had a great time, and we’d love to come back next year.One small suggestion: adding a pool table or arcade games in the garage would be a fun touch, as part of the garage setup isn’t currently working. But overall, it was a fantastic stay!

JeffMy family of 4 and our friend's family of 5 had the best vacation here! The home was clean, close enough to everything, and had everything we needed. Randy provided enough shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags for our entire stay, which was so nice! lots of spices, salt & pepper, etc were appreciated. The heated pool was perfect for our stay, the kids used it every single morning! We loved how the bathroom had a door leading to the pool, that made wet kids needing the restroom so much easier than making a wet mess everywhere! We felt at ease knowing the sliding door had an alarm option on it which we set nightly so the kids wouldn't sleep walk out to the pool or anything. The beds were comfortable. The laundry baskets were a nice surprise since we forgot to pack our travel ones. It was very handy having the big wheeleable beach cart to use on our beach days! Lastly, it was nice not having a huge to do list upon check out, just some easy basics

AmberHouse was great! We enjoyed the pool and all the beach equipment that was provided! The location was okay and fairly close to the beach. There was lots of traffic because of spring break so it took at least 30-40 minutes to get to Siesta Key or lido beach. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed this beautiful home!

RileyWe stayed 6 nights with 8 adults and one toddler. The entire house was very clean and you could tell that the moment you walked in. Randy was very responsive with any question we had. A couple things we wished would have been mentioned is that the lawn company came at 8 am one morning that we weren’t aware of and the coffee machine was broken. The pond and pool were amazing features to the house. The neighborhood is very noisy with sirens running all the time. Overall, great place for vacation for the whole family!

We were located near the airport and the beaches. We would drive to the beach areas and get on the free trolleys to explore the various parts of the city and islands, or enjoy the sunny weather on the beach. The pool and game room was used by all of us, five adults and two children.

KatherineGreat listing. Everything is as in the pictures! Love to stay at places that owners keep up with. Clean house. The space was amazing. Pool was great as well, the kids had fun in the kayaks. I was there for a soccer tournament and brought my parents with me so they can stay with my baby so they enjoyed the house to the fullest. A lot of games for the kids to play well at the house. The pool was heated and it was a little cold so it was great and we enjoyed it.

NydiaWe just spent a lovely, relaxing 9 days at Magellan Shores. The house was exactly as described, and everything was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with every basic you might need, including a lot of the general condiments that's needed for cooking (salt, pepper, sugar, etc), which was super helpful. The beds were very comfortable and we had some great family movie nights on the awesome couches in the living room.Outside: The heated pool was great and we spent a lot of time in and around it. The house is situated on a pond with a lot of other houses around it, so it was a little less private than we originally thought, but we never saw anyone else and it was nice and quiet, so it didn't bother us. We loved watching all the wildlife (birds, turtles) in the pond. The surrounding area was a bit more industrial than we hoped, but once again, it was quiet and didn't bother us.Randy was an exceptional host and answered any questions almost immediately. All-in-all a great stay.

NealAll we'll say is, rent this place if you can. Everything was on point. Great indoor / outdoor space. Randy and Co. are friendly and responsive hosts. All the neighbors were welcoming, including the egrets, ducks and turtles. We will check here first when we return.

TeganWe stayed at 4 nights at Randys for an IMG soccer tournament. There were ample towels, detergent, paper towels, cookware, placemats and nice china. The dishwasher and washer worked great! The only ‘things’ to note that I was a little disappointed in was that the bathroom shower curtain / pole fell onto my daughter during her first shower (it was not drilled into the wall which seemed odd). Randy had an associate come and fix it the next evening. Also, the pond was almost completely drained from the drought so no kayaking (not anyone’s fault, but would’ve like a heads up since we hyped my daughters up about kayaking prior to arriving - I did ask Randy ahead of time if everything was good to go and he said yes). Lastly, I did find tiny ants in the master bedroom on my nightstand and on the tv remotes on our last two nights. I saw ant traps in the washer room when we arrived so I kind of expected it. They didn’t bother me, it comes with the territory. Overall, I would stay at Randy’s agai

The house is very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our group. It’s stocked with everything we needed. Randy responded very quickly when I had a question. We went to several different beaches in the area as this location is perfect for lots of activities. We will definitely be back!

KathleenMy husband and I had a nice stay at Randy’s. We loved sitting outside in the screened in room by the pool watching the wildlife by the pond. The house was very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Randy was a great host and very responsive.
