SarahWe had a wonderful stay at Randy’s place. The home was clean and had a spacious backyard with lots to do! Randy came by to help us figure a few things out and he was very kind and helpful! Just note that there is absolutely no early check-in or late check-out unless you pay a fee (if they can accommodate your request)! And there is no pool, it is a swim spa as noted in the listing! But the photos make it seem bigger than it is. It was still enjoyable! Thank you Randy!!

JessicaThis was a cute place to stay with a backyard that my nephew described as a kid’s paradise!Kitchen stuff was well-stocked. Things were kept clean. Helpful instructions listed everywhere including for simple things like the faucets or lamps that might be confusing. I appreciate all the forethought.The backyard is where this place really shines! You don’t have to go explore if you don’t want to. Safe area for young kids to play and the pool was super nice!I would just remember to note if you’re considering it that the only indoor dining seating is barstools in case you have anyone in your party that could be difficult for.All in all, we had a very enjoyable time!

DeanGreat place for a family vacation, platy of backyard games and space. We are a golf family so our kids loved the putting green and the pool, clean confortable and had everything we needed. Look exactly like the pictures and description published. If you are looking a place to stay this is the one. Amazing backyard for the moms to seat back and relax while watching kids to play!

PatriciaThe Coral Reef is a beautiful place, with outside amenities to keep the family busy when not at the beach. We had enough room for our family of 9 and the arcade machine allowed the children to have something to do inside, in their own space. The inside decor is really clean looking with a beach feel and the kitchen is large enough for the family to cook and eat. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. It appears the owners are still looking to add more improvements, to the bedrooms, however, there are enough fans throughout the house and the appliances (washer, dryer, and dishwasher) are really quiet and in great shape.The outside amenities, mini pool spa, putting green, fire-pit, and games are enough to keep everyone having a great time, to include eating under a covered space. Thank you for sharing this property! We loved our time in Bradenton and the AMI beautiful beaches!

SabrinaStayed here for a family reunion/birthday weekend and it was amazing! The house was perfect for 10 adults, lots to do, plenty of space, close the the beach’s and boat dock we wanted to get to. Randy was super helpful a quick to respond before, during, and after our trip! We had a small issue with the coffee machine and he dropped a new one of the same day. Nothing bad to say, my family had an amazing time!

ReneeThis was our first family vacation with our 2 year old son. The house was perfect for our family and my son was in his glory with the back yard. Tons of fun and could run all over with our chasing him around as the yard is fully fenced in. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet location. It exceeded our expectations for our first trip. We didn’t want to leave and wished to booked longer. We can’t wait to visit again in the future. Randy was an excellent host and very responsive to all our questions and needs. KatherineThe house fit our needs perfectly! All the families staying at the house kept raving about the amenities and the backyard was amazing! We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was the perfect space to allow for the kids to relax and enjoy the outdoor space. The kitchen had everything we needed. Randy was extremely quick with his responses when we had questions and we truly appreciated that! Highly recommend this place and if we are ever back in Bradenton, this will definitely be a house we will book again!

JoeFather - Daughter soccer tournament trip with three families. The house worked out great. Each dad had their own room and the girls were able to share the bunks. The house has a great backyard with plenty of enterainment. The inside was open, roomy and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe. A short drive to restaurants. The only slight negative was the pool temp wasn't quite as warm as advertised. However, overall a great stay and would go back again. Thanks Randy.

MichaelRandy was a super host to deal with. Always quick to respond to any questions we had and gave clear, easy to follow instructions. Even after check-in he followed up with me to make sure we had everything we needed and that if anything wasn't what we expected to let him know and he would try to rectify it immediately. The home was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. Great location with plenty nearby to do. The back yard is awesome, a great place to hang out with family/friends to relax and BBQ in. Next time my family goes to Florida for vacation we will definitely be looking up Randy's home to stay in again!

LaurieThis house was beautiful very cozy and comfortable the pictures you see when your viewing on the site is exactly what you get this house has everything you need and then some. The spa pool was so relaxing and my 2 grandsons had a blast in it has well the games outside kept them entertained when we were just kicking it at the house. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. The beach was not far to go to and the riverwalk was enjoyable to take our fur baby for a walk there is also a dog park not for if you bring your fur baby. Everything we did for the week was 15 mintues to 1 hour away which was great for time wuse in doing things. I highly recommend this house if you have a large family we had a family of 8 and we all were comfortable. I will be booking with them in the future again.

MarkThe home was beautifully remodeled and exactly as pictured/described. The neighborhood felt safe and was easily accessible to the barrier islands, riverfront and downtown Bradenton. The backyard was a hangout haven! Manatee Beach is open and lovely. I would definitely come back to this home.

ChristinaThe house is beautiful. We had a large crew (8 people) and it accommodated us perfectly with room to spare. The location of the house is central to anything you could want. The backyard was a vacation in itself, we actually did spend one day just chilling at the house, swimming in the swim spa, playing yard games and hanging by the fire pit. Randy is very responsive, I mean he answers you within 10 minutes (usually faster). We loved the house, had a great time and will definitely book with Randy again. My husband and I are already looking at Randy’s other properties so we can plan a little weekend get away for the two of us.

MargotCoral Reef was a beautiful home, well kept and we had everything we needed there for us. the backyard was great-lots of fun activities to do. However we were misled by the pool images on the site so just be prepared. While it's a nice SwimSpa concept, it's very small, was confusing to operate and in complete sunlight. We had hoped to be able to have time in our afternoons to lounge by the pool and swim. our fault for not realizing it was SwimSpa but the pictures made it seem huge, and there is absolutely no shade. And it's above ground so nowhere to sit. Also, the listing says seating comfortably for 8 in the dining room/kitchen- there is seating for 8 but it's all bar stools, not all in one place, and 4 of the stools are so high you can't really sit comfortably by the island so it was disappointing we couldn't all sit together and play board games (we had 6).

The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Even better than the inside of this home is the outstanding backyard, absolutely amazing! We could not have chosen a better location for our extended family gathering - thanks for the fabulous memories!!

DebbieThis is the perfect place to stay especially with kids. We were there for a sports competition, but the kids, ages 13-17, never were bored. Always had something to keep them occupied. The house was so beautiful and beds very comfortable. We were honestly sad we couldn’t stay a few more days. We hope to return next year.
