LOCK BOXES
        As you see, House is equipped with a code lock box. We ask you to keep a key in lock box at all times. For 2 reason, you or anyone of your party is never locked out of the House and if maintenance is requested by your group can access your House if you sew away. No one will enter your House with out your permission.
POWER OUTAGES
        If you experience a power outage during your getaway pls call FPL
SECURITY
        Your safety and security are of the utmost concern to us to welcome you as our guest. We have security install at the house. We have 2 cameras install out side of the house, sensors on the door and windows.Pls do not disconnect the security system that for your protection.If you have any security issues pls lock all off the door, and call 911.
KITCHEN AND BATHS
        The House include nicely equipped kitchen; if you plan on doing a lot of cooking you may want to bring additional pots and pans and cooking supplies. We provide a starter supply of dish soap, dishwater detergent, paper towels and toilet paper are supplied as well as linens .You may also want to bring coffee, sweetener, your favorite soap and shampoo as well as any other little items that are part of your daily routine.We do sup the basics but for extended stays you may want to bring additional supplies.
TELEVISION SERVICE
        House, due to their location has internet TV. Please note this if you are planning on watching one of your favorite shows or sporting events, there are several local restaurant that have sporting events televised if not available through the House.
PETS
Its is Not Pet friendly House. Bringing a dog into a “non-pet friendly” property will result in a $250 excess cleaning fee.
NO STUDENT GROUPS OR HOUSE PARTIES OF ANY KIND
If the guests are found to be having a party, everyone will be asking to vacate the premises. No refund will be given. House rentals  2 or more bedrooms require the renter to be 25 years of age or older.Any group found to be under age will have their reservation cancelled.
HOUSE ARE NON SMOKING
House are Non-Smoking and you will be subject to a minimum of a $250 penalty for clean up and sanitation if you are found to have smoked inside. Butt cans or ashtrays are provided on the outside deck and porches so you may smoke outside only. Please use this to help prevent fires. This is strictly enforced, there are no exceptions.
FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Guests assume full responsibility for all damages, excessive cleaning charges, or any missing items including lines and towels. The owners can not held responsible for items left in the House please double check before you depart.
HOT TUB AND COVERS
Hot tub will be inspected after each rental. If any items such as food, alcohol, soaps or bath products, etc. are found in the pool, you will be charged an excessive cleaning fee of $200. Damage to any cover will result a $400 to $600 charge. Cover should remain on the hot tub at all times when not in use.
HOT TUB WARNING
Drowning can occurring just inches of water. Keep children away from the Hot tub at all times. Use the Hot tub at your own risk.
Mandatory Procedure for Use of Hot tub:
-       Shower before entering Hot tub. Bacteria on your body can result in bacteria in the Hot tub.
-       Do not use any type of oil or bubbles.
-       Shower off immediately after pool use.
