2600 sq. ft. Our Florida Beach house has been in the family over 40 years, with extensive renovations and expansions it can now be your family compound for a summer week. We also rent the main house to snow birds on a monthly basis in the winter.
The main house has a central living area with dinning space and a kitchen that has a gas range and built-in griddle. The whole space has a cathedral ceiling. The master bedroom has a king bed and includes a walk-in closet and study area; the master bath has double sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and uses the full guest bathroom. There is a complete laundry room. There are TVs in all living areas and bedrooms. There is a large screened-in porch out front.
The guest house (connected to the main house by a breeze-way porch), has a living area with a kitchenette, two bedrooms with queens beds, and an upstairs loft with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom.
The outside back area has a heated pool, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and plenty of space for outdoor games and nighttime fires. In the garage we store beach and pool stuff for your use: umbrellas, chairs, floats, etc.

Our house is about 1500 feet from a public beach access, a short walk down a paved path. This area includes many fine restaurants and shops. There is a golf course nearby, and two state parks with free access to beaches. We can provide you with a list of restaurants and other amenities nearby.

Lynn B.Great Place for Adults and Children
My family has stayed here every summer for the last eight years including my parents and five grandchildren. The pool is a favorite game spot for the kids and a favorite floating spot for adults with easy in and out with the pool rail. There's also an outdoor shower for convenience . The courtyard has plenty of space for games for the kids--we bring badminton, cornhole toss, and ladder toss games, and we rent electric bikes for the week from a nearby shop--they drop them off and pick them up. Very convenient! The kitchen is large enough to cook for 12, and the gas grill in the courtyard easily handles fish, burgers, and chicken for everyone on those evenings when you do not want to walk a block or two to one of the nearby restaurants. Publix is also about a mile away for quick grocery runs. Of course, the beach is the star attraction just two blocks down the road, and you never have to fight for a parking spot!

Wonderful house and guest house. We had 8 women and enjoyed cooking in the modern kitchen in the main house and swimming in the pool. The beach is within walking distance. We go for 2 weeks in early summer and one week in late summer or fall. This was our 6th year. The owners are quick to answer questions and take care of any problems that might come up. I highly recommend this property.

My family of eleven live in three different states, and have made this perfect weekly vacation rental our home away from home for the past eight years. We stay in in both connected houses, and love the fact this rental property is very private and still within a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
