From the moment we met our "guide" who showed us to our assigned parking spot under the building in shade to when she advised us as to the cleanest grocery store, we were only more and more impressed. The condo was amazingly clean, beds wonderfully comfortable, plenty of dishes and silverware, sitting and lounging areas both inside and on the balcony as well as around the pool, interior decor was not skimped on, and the entire building seemed well secured. Restaurants and gas stations were plentiful.For great food, service, outside dining on the water, and dancing to a fabulously talented band is Caribbean Jack's about 3 miles away.Pros of Ocean Vista #805: quality of furniture, appliances, bed linens, the architecture, cleanliness of the entire property, pool water temperature, lounge chairs and tables, view of the beach and ocean. And unlike every airbnb and vrbo I've rented, there isn't a list of mandatory chores to do before we leave; just take out the garbage (Rubish disposal room is right next door) and leave the keys. The bed sheets are amazingly soft.Cons of our Ocean Vista stay... too few washcloths, hand towels, and frying pans.

I would highly recommend this condo. It is fairly close to restaurants and activities. The view of the beach is amazing. Everything was very convenient. My only issue was the pool not being heated.

We loved our stay. The condo was beautiful with amazing views. The beds are so comfy. We had a lot of nice family meals using the outside grill and cooktop inside. The only thing I would suggest is more cooking pots and pans. They provided towels and beach towels which were a nice bonus. There are also stores nearby so we were able to get everything we needed for meals close by. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo with amazing views! Would Defenitly reccomend. Plenty of room for our family of 6!

My Family and I have been going to Daytona Beach for the past 18 years. We have stayed in many different places, but not no more. Ocean vistas is a top tier top notch condo, loved our trip will defently be back to stay here, Carmen and Dennis run the smoothest operation in Daytona and have some of the best condos if not the best condos. The units are breath taking, well maintained, super clean. Loved the close proximity to all the beach shops, dining, and grocery store. With assigned parking spots made parking a breeze. And the whole building is very secure. Thanks Carmen and Dennis for a awesome vacation, and we will be back next year.

Our stay at Ocean Vistas was wonderful. We have rented several different units there from Carmen and Dennis over the years and have never been disappointed. This stay was certainly no exception. The units are luxurious, exceptionally maintained and provide all the comforts of home with a beautiful view and much more. We stayed in Unit 805 this time which was new for us. It was perfect! The new tile was gorgeous and very easy to maintain. The furnishings were very high end and the large, fully stocked kitchen was awesome as I love to cook! The Vistas are very convenient to the boardwalk, restaurants, and grocery stores. Units have assigned parking spaces in the garage so we never worry about finding a space during peak season. Carmen and Dennis are terrific. They are always available to help and to answer questions and provide assistance expeditiously. We typically travel to Daytona once or twice a year and since finding the Vistas I can't imagine staying anywhere else. We will certainly be returning soon!

Awesome Condo with beautiful on the beach view . Stayed on the 8th floor and the view was spectacular. Very enjoyable and relaxing with all the comforts of home . Our tour guide of the complex was so sweet and very thorough ! We would definitely stay here again if the chance arises again! VERY PLEASED !!!!
