This is our only “Pet Friendly” building. However, for the safety of all our furry friends please have an updated copy of your pet’s vet records showing all immunizations and shots are current. The concierge will require a copy to receive your parking pass. No more than 2 pets are permitted in any 1 unit. Please note size limitations & NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS are permitted.
Rates vary by season, demand, special events, holidays, and can be significantly higher. Please contact us with your dates. We do maintain current rates on VRBO, just search for listing number 1577960. However by booking direct you will save the VRBO service fee. My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo for 9 nights - September 13 thru September 22. It was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, perfectly furnished, and we couldn't have been happier. Dennis and Carmen were so attentive and very quick to respond with any questions I had. The beautiful condo, secured parking, nice pool area, and an exceptionally maintained building all worked together to make our vacation a memorable one. Just had the most awesome time at Ocean Vista Condominium 1009. We had a beautiful view of the beach and the river. Plenty of room for our family to spread out and yet still be together. We celebrated the fourth of July from our balcony and could have reached out and touched the fireworks! April our check in hostess was friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed making memories at this location and will return!

The roll sways were very much ly appreciated. There was plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The tv in master was a little weird being on the side . Suggestion for a larger tv in living room would be nice. The toilet in master bath would stick and run water continually if did not flip the lever up. Overall great experience!

This unit was amazing! There were three of us couples who met in Daytona and stayed in this unit very comfortably. The beds & bedding in each room were very nice not the cheap wore out stuff you usually find, each room had it's own bathroom along with flat screen tv. The kitchen was designed perfectly opened to the living room, I cant say enough how nice the whole unit was but the outside balcony to the ocean was great & very spacious, even had a built in air grill. The pool & hot tub were also top notch. Would definitely recommend Ocean Vistas to anyone wanting to experience an up scale vacation on Daytona Beach.

Our visit to Daytona Beach Shores was great. We have stayed at this condominium before in 2013 and 2014. I like that it is close enough to restaurants and shopping, has secure parking garage and little traffic outside the doors in hallway. Everything is conveniently located between the rooms and garage and the place is fairly quite to be near the hustle and bustle at the boardwalk just north of the property. It was sometimes an inconvenience to be at the beach access road with a 7 week old baby on "truck week" at the Speedway. There were some unruly visitors entering and exiting the beach access and had on regard for other guests. They began to leave on Sunday and Monday so the rest of the week was a little quieter. We had no trouble with our reservations with Carmen and Dennis and April met us and gave me the grand tour of the facility. She apologized for the truck week visitors rude behavior, not that all of them were included in that group as bad, but she was very cordial about the inconvenient activities, noise and language that accompanied some of that group. Rain everyday was a small inconvenience but that's "Mother Nature" and cannot be helped. We had a great visit and would stay with them again.

"Melanie,Daytona is always coming up with events, a few years ago in the spring they came up with Jeep Weekend, and now for the first time had Truck weekend. The good news is these are short events, starting on Friday and by Sunday almost all of them were gone!Our hard packed sand beach is what made us famous. Starting with land speed records for cars in 1903 and then with stock car racing on the beach from 1936 through 1958. That was the precursor to the Daytona 500!"

I cannot say enough great things about this property and the management team of Dennis and Carmen! The condo is so spacious and beautifully decorated, the views are breathtaking and the patio was fantastic. Both Dennis and Carmen went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating for our family vacation. From the moment we checked in until the minute we left, it was a wonderful trip. We will be back!!
