1400 sq. ft. Our house has a renovated kitchen with newer appliances including washer and dryer in the laundry area. The two bathrooms are also renovated. Our "American Dream" is decorated and prepared to make it feel as homely as possible.
Bedroom 1 has a King bed which means that 3 can fit. In bedroom 2 there is a Queen, plenty of room for 2. There are two extra beds and a toddler bed and also a high chair and an umbrella stroller at your disposal.
The living room and dining area have really high ceilings, which gives a lovely space. The hall has skylights that spread natural light. Adjacent to Bedroom 1 there is a renovated bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet and a very large walk in closet.
The garden and green areas are taken care of by the community, which is nice to know.
Our "American Dream" is centrally located with proximity to restaurants, beaches (Siesta Key Beach and Nokomis Beach), activities, national parks, down town Sarasota and shopping malls. You will love our accommodation as it is newly renovated, spacious, decorated with love and genuine interest and located in a quiet community with a pool, Spa, grills and tennis courts. Families, couples and solo adventurers thrive here.
In our community, you get peace and quiet, security but still proximity to everything.
There are a bunch of lovely restaurants and Oscar Scherer state park is close by. There you can paddle a canoe/kayak, walk, camp, cycle, etc.
We must not forget the beaches. Siesta Key Beach is about 10 min drive away. It is ranked America's best beach and is truly stunning. Nokomis is about the same distance away, but in the opposite direction. If you want to go shark teeth hunting, you go to Venice Beach or Caspersen Beach.

Our first time staying in Airbnb. Was very skeptical but because our friends stayed in this area, we decided to give it a try. Clean house! Large living room! Everything needed for dining is clean and beautiful. Clean (without any smell) dishwasher! Washer and dryer makes the vacation much more enjoyable! Clean and fresh Bedding! Large and Clean pool that my family got to enjoy within a walking distance. Thank you for having us.

I found this house in the area “village des pines” and we booked it directly. As a family with three children we use to travel to Siesta Key but actually loved this place more than on the island. We got more for our money and especially the house was well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen: Very nice with luxury equipment and washing machine/ dryer perfect. We loved the big living room with dining table. Two bathrooms - important since we travel with kids. The pool area was close to the house, maximum 3minutes walking distance. We had a great experience with the landlord Sandra! Very friendly and helpful when I had some questions!!!! Siesta key beaches and Nokomis beach are close and easy to drive to. Trolley service at Siesta Key made it easy to park the car and than get around the island. Different grocery stores close by, We can really recommend staying at this house at Spanish Pines Ct AND we will come back soon!

This accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The area is very well looked after and feels safe. You have a lovely pool area just a couple minutes walk from the house. The house is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and kitchen has all the appliances you need. You have some nice restaurants and shops within walking distance if you don't fancy taking the car. A short drive away you have all the fantastic beaches, such as Siesta Key. The host is very friendly and easy to come in contact with. I highly recommend this accommodation if you want a stunning holiday experience!

Sandra and Valle rent out the perfect accommodation close to everything you want to see and do. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It has everything you need. Good pool areas. Close to the best beaches, restaurants and outlet shopping. Day trips to Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center work just fine. Our hosts were easily accessible, accommodating and really nice. Best recommendations!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Yellow Pine Cr. As a family of 4 the villas were more than enough, really fresh and well equipped. Especially the kitchen had everything you need for cooking. A nice and friendly neighborhood. We loved the pool area only a 2 min walk from the house, with a big pool, a bubble bath and a view over the pawn. Only a 7 min drive to the beaches at Siesta Key and a couple of minutes more to Nokomis. The landlord were friendly and the caretaker Tami were really helpful. Our concern that it was too far away from Siesta Key and the beaches were wrong. It was perfect. We already booked our next stay here for our next visit to Sarasota.

No, but service dogs are excluded. 7 days before check in, i need a letter from a licensed medical professional stating the need for the animal and copies of veterinarian records showing vaccines are up to date.
