2201 sq. ft. Located near Fort Myers, River Hall Country Club is a gated community with a semi-private 18 hole golf course designed by Davis Love III. Included in your stay is access to the golf course, two resort style pools, tiki bar, Country Club restaurant, Tennis, Pickleball, Bocce Ball, gym, personal golf cart for community use and miles of walking paths.
This is a brand new one-level home (finished in March 2023). The front side of the home faces the beautiful par 5, 6th hole. In the back, relax with a cup of coffee in the lanai that backs up to a beautiful Floridian preserve.
The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a den. The den includes a futon which can be converted to a bed if extra space is needed. There is a pack ’n play for kids or visiting grandkids to use.

Our family of 5 stayed at this beautiful home. We had plenty of room. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We went to some local beaches and loved that the house had beach chairs and an umbrella. We golfed and the course is great. The kids enjoyed the pool that is just a short golf cart ride away. We loved taking nightly cruises in the golf cart. The owners were very friendly and responsive. They treated us like family. We hope to go back soon!

As a family of four, we were looking for a place to relax for spring break. We found this amazing house for rent that checked all of our boxes: golf for adults, pool for teens, and enough room for all of us to relax.Alyssa was responsive to our needs and answered questions immediately. Everything was set up perfectly.We hope to go back, so we can enjoy laying around the pool after a round of golf.Added bonus: the golf cart and perfect weather!

Yes, you will have access to the Country Club (Restaurant, the pool at the Country Club, and the bar/restaurant by the pool). You will also have unlimited golf privileges for the entire family (2 adults and up to 3 kids). Only need to pay for cart fee. You will also have access to the Town Hall amenities including a second pool, tennis, kids playroom, playground, and full access to the Gym.
Yes, River Hall Country Club is a gated community within the River Hall community (there are two other communities within River Hall).
Of course! We just ask that they please take care of the home and report any items that break or go missing ASAP. Additional fees may be incurred.
We have a son so have left a bunch of toys (outdoor toys, indoor toys and pool toys) for your kids or grandkids to use during your stay :)
We do! We ask that you sign a waiver if you plan to use it. It can be used within the community- great to get to and from the pool and other amenities within River Hall community. Unfortunately the country club does not allow personal golf carts on the course (unless they are identical, and then there are still fees etc. etc.), so you will need to pay for a golf cart during your golf round if you plan to use a cart.
