Be prepared to relax as soon as you walk into our completely remodeled, bright open concept, 2BR, 2BA ground floor condo. Just a five minute walk to the beach. In addition to a king and two twin beds, there is a very comfortable pull out queen bed that doubles as a luxurious leather couch. The living area and each bedroom have a smart TV equipped with cable TV. The dining area has room for six while the living area has a large desk and free wi-fi for anyone that needs to "work" while here. In the kitchen area, the large island provides plenty of space to prep food or enjoy hosting friends for happy hour. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, bake, sauté, roast, blend or grill including coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, water purifier, ice maker and dishwasher. On the screened in lanai, you will find everything you need for a fun day at the beach including a wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, multiple size coolers, beach toys and plenty of beach towels. A second table and chairs allows you to enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai. You can pack light knowing that there is a washer and dryer in the condo as well as an iron and ironing board. Linens and bath towels are provided.
