Answers to FAQs:
1) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is kept at the home.
2) Is pool heat extra?
Pool heat can be added to your reservation for a fee. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a pool alarm on the doors leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. The home is otherwise self-catering.
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home; smoking outside on the pool deck is permitted. Well behaved dogs are welcome! However, due to owners severe allergy, cats are not allowed.
10) What are the times for check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.
11) Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?
Street parking is not permitted. All vehicles must park in the driveway.
For the security of guests & the property as a whole there is Ring doorbell camera. This camera DOES NOT view guests inside the property or on the pool deck.

We chose to stay here on our annual Florida reprieve from the Midwestern winter weather and were quite content. It was spacious and comfortable if a little worn and weary from the numerous no doubt large families visiting Disney. The master king bed was very comfortable though the other bed was on the hard side. With wonderfully warm weather we got to enjoy the spacious outside area and pool almost daily. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. If we had wanted to go to the Disney properties it was not that far away. All in all we had an enjoyable 3 weeks here. A few words of warning: Be prepared to have to provide all necessities upon arrival. There was very little in the way of soap and paper goods--no kleenex at all and very few trash bags and only a poor functioning vacuum and no cleaning products for any touch-up cleaning during our stay.
