The property features an impressive home theater and a 4k 120-inch LED wall-to-wall TV screen in the living room, offering an unbeatable viewing experience. The living area is also equipped with a premium quality audio system, providing an excellent entertainment space for everyone to relax and unwind.

All 14 bedrooms have Smart 4k TV’s and soft carpeted floors, promising a comfortable and luxurious stay. With two refrigerators and two sets of full-sized washers and dryers, the villa ensures a hassle-free and enjoyable vacation. There is a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee of $45 that will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.
The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation.

The primary person will need to provide:
•Their reservation information which shows:
•The rental property address.
•Check in and check out date.
•Number of guests.
•Identification that matches the reservation name.
•License plate information for the primary vehicle.

The resort will issue out a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry.
