The three king suites are distributed across the second floor and loft, giving different groups natural separation and privacy. Mornings start at the dedicated coffee bar — both Keurig and drip, because a home this thoughtful covers both — before the group filters out to the main deck where the Gulf breeze greets you like it was waiting. Sixteen steps to the sand. Afternoons blur between the beach, the community pool, and the Polywood-furnished main deck with its gas grill and unobstructed Gulf view. Evenings, everyone retreats to their own king suite. This is what it feels like to truly flourish on the Cape.

The main level is spacious and beautifully appointed — upgraded stainless steel kitchen with island bar seating, dedicated coffee bar, two large pantries, dining room, living room with sleeper sofa and Smart TV, half bath, and a large Gulf-view main deck with Polywood seating, dining, and gas grill. The Gulf breeze here is a feature unto itself.

Outdoor & Ground Level
Large Gulf-view main deck with Polywood seating, dining, and gas grill — the almost-constant Gulf breeze makes it the best seat in the house. Enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower in the carport, water hose, 2-car covered carport, and a fully loaded beach closet with upright cart, 6 beach chairs, boogie board, cooler, and sand toys.

Guest Access
Full private use of all three floors. Barrier Dunes community amenities — gulf-front pool, interior pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and private beach boardwalk access — all included for guests.

Area Information

It is located right outside the gates to St Joseph Peninsula State Park. The park is a great place to explore and enjoy hiking trails, surrounded by St Joe Bay on three sides!

Barrier Dunes has 2 pools (One is direct beach front!), lighted tennis courts (the only ones in Cape San Blas!), 3 fresh water fishing ponds, playground, pet stations, boat washing and parking area, and boardwalks throughout

You will need a car to get around, however, Cape San Blas has a great biking trail--8 miles one way.

If you're looking for a quiet family and pet friendly vacation spot in the Florida Panhandle, this is the place to be! Avoid the crowds of Destin and Panama City! Cape San Blas doesn't even have a traffic light!
