LaPerla offers a pool and beach with full service, including, chaise lounges, towels, umbrellas. The building has 24 hr security, well-equipped gym and playroom. This building is perfectly located close to shops, restaurants, various services.

Building management office is onsite. We offer one valet parking with this condo. Should you wish to rent and bring a car, you will receive a window sticker (one time payment of $10 to LaPerla office).

LaPerla requires all new guests to fill out Tenant Evaluation Application (TEA), as a mean of security screening by a third party. The cost is $100 per couple with children under 18 years of age; $100 for each adult guest, including children over 18 years of age. TEA is valid for 2 year regardless of the number of visits or length of stay.
