The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a standalone pantry. Comfortable seating for up to 13. The Dining table, along with additional seats at the oversized kitchen island, ensures ample space for gatherings. Whether in the living room or on the deck, there is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax, socialize, enjoy entertainment, or simply take in the views.

Open floor Family room has a comfy couch and two loveseats with a 75” smart TV.

Additionally, this level features a Queen bedroom with a 43” smart TV. A private tub and single vanity bathroom. The laundry room is located on this floor equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a half bath/powder room.

On the Ground floor, you will find ample parking space for up to 6 vehicles, with the driveway accommodating a boat if necessary.

The amenities include a Private Gated Pool, which can be heated for an additional charge, four chaise pool loungers, an Outdoor Shower, half Bathroom, Fish Cleaning Sink, Grill, and an Outdoor Living Space with table and chairs.
