Seaside Sandpiper is truly a unique property that can accommodate as few guests as you want and up to 30! Rent the 6 bedroom main house by itself or rent the entire 14 Bedroom Main house and Addition! Weddings, family reunions and business retreats are all possible at our home!
Our pet friendly home consists of 7000 sq. feet of living that is tastefully decorated and features imported Italian marble floors, marble field-stone walls, and LED lighting technology. The house offers 14 bedrooms The first floor has 4 bedrooms which includes 1 handicap friendly bedroom and bath. The second floor has 6 additional bedrooms, followed by the third floor which has the remaining 4 bedrooms. We can comfortably accommodate 30 guests. An elevator makes us handicap friendly as well.

THE AMENITIES are many, beginning with plenty of parking and outdoor landscape lighting. We feature our own 80-foot private heated pool with a jacuzzi. 65" Big Screen TV's are in our main entertaining areas, and 55" TV's added in all our bedrooms. This is a low allergen environment as neither pets nor smoking is permitted. 7 kayaks, and 3 paddle boards available on the property for your personal use during your stay. Our tiki hut has a smart t.v. and 36” flat top grill, ice well and refrigerator, are just a few more of this property's wonderful amenities. The property has a Commercial Ice Machine and laundry facility. A private professional volleyball court, shuffleboard, and basketball court are also offered on this beautifully landscaped resort-style property just one-tenth of a mile from the famous Sombrero Beach. We have had great success with the Instacart app, and service from Publix~ Make arrangements for your groceries to be delivered shortly after your arrival.

PROPERTY DETAILS
First Floor: A spacious master king bedroom with a beautiful ocean view and seating area connected to a large bath with custom marble shower. An additional king bedroom with a beautiful ocean view. A bedroom with two double beds perfect for kids. A handicapped bathroom is located on this level and shared between the additional king room and the room with two double beds.

Second Floor: A spacious master king bedroom with a beautiful ocean view and a private custom bathroom with jacuzzi tub. An additional king bedroom which uses the hall bathroom with custom marble shower. The new addition to the property also adds four new bedrooms to this floor, two of which have king beds, beautiful ocean views, and private bathrooms. The third bedroom, with ocean view and king bed, has access to a hall bathroom which is shared with the fourth bedroom, with a twin and a full bed

Third Floor: Also part of the new addition to the home, this floor includes an additional four bedrooms all with ocean views. Two of the four have king beds and private bathrooms. The third bedroom, with ocean view and king bed, has access to a hall bathroom which is shared with the fourth bedroom, with a twin and a full bed.
We offer 3 cribs, 2 high chairs and a booster chair.
We work with ~ Baby Quip~ here in Marathon that can provide you with any baby equipment outside of what we provide at the home.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30. Refer to rental policy for more information. Smoking is not permitted on this property. Both bed and bath linens are provided Download the Instacart app, order your groceries to be delivered to your vacation home by Publix after your arrival, no grocery shopping.
We also provide information with the name of a chef that can come to you during your stay and prepare a delicious meal for your entire group. Pricing and days and times can be discussed directly with the chef. If you want to have a special on site occasion, Seabreeze Events can coordinate a wide variety of events for you. Contact us for information.

* Please Note* This home is directly on the water, as all direct waterfront homes in the Florida Keys natures Seasonal Tradewinds may push surface grass to the shoreline of the property. This uncontrolled seasonal occurrence may result in the grass having an odor as it dissipates. For this purpose we have a break wall in place that prohibits the grass and ocean debris from coming ashore on our beach. You can access the water from our "floating dock" where you can launch your boat, paddle boards, and kayaks to avoid this seasonal grass.

**NOTE~ Our home comes fully stocked with all bedding, linens, towels, wash cloths, and beach towels. We also provide complimentary starter of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, 3 rolls of paper towels, 1 box of trash bags, 1 bottle of laundry detergent, and 1 box of dryer sheets, along with a hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay, if more supplies are needed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify us your need to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather , you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments.

Seven Mile Bridge is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Sombrero Beach which is literally a few minutes from our home and Bahia Honda State Park.
