Need a break from the sandcastle business? No problem! We've got deeded beach access and provide beach gear. We also have a bayside boardwalk that will have you feeling like you're walking the plank...straight into a covered pavilion with the most epic bay views.
Lazy Manatee is perched on the top floor, where the elevator is your trusty steed. Inside, you'll find a washer and dryer (because even manatees can't live in their swimsuits forever), free WiFi, smart TVs, and a linen service so professional, you'll swear the linens went to college.

This spacious condo appears to have been very recently completely renovated and extremely nicely updated. The large space was perfect for our group and we could have easily and comfortably added a couple more to the 6 of us.Private pools and a hot tub make this one of the nicest places on the island. Located a couple hundred steps from a private beach and still within a short walk to all AMI has to offer, it would be hard to imagine a more ideal location.The property was clean, everything worked as it should. The kitchen and in unit laundry were a huge plus with the kids. TVs in every room were great after too much sun at the beach. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and friendly in assisting us with recommendations of things to do. We will be booking this unit again!

The Lazy Manatee condo was a perfect location for the beach, shopping and restaurants! The condo was perfect for our group. From comfortable furniture to being able to use the kitchen when we wanted to stay in was perfect.The pool and hot tub were amazing as well!Will be staying here again!!
