About the owner: We live in sunny Florida and manage our own properties.
We are only 30 minutes away by car and immediately by phone.
We provide HVAC, Lawn Care, and Pool maintenance ourselves.
Why this property? After exploring Florida we chose to reside in Citrus County based on it's location to everything and quality of life.
We are at the heart of Florida, close to an hour from all of the larger venues such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, LegoLand, Seaworld, Gatorland, in Orlando, and the Tampa Zoo.
The Very BEST white sand warm beaches are in Florida around 1-2 hours to Clearwater, Anna Maria, Honeymoon Island, and more.
But LOCALLY we have excursions and events within 20 minutes. Kayaking, Rainbow Springs, Kings bay, swim with the manatees or airboat with the dolphins, take a private fishing expedition, ride elephants, go horseback riding, and so much more so close to home.
