About the owner: My husband and I moved to Florida from Pennsylvania in 2004 because we fell in love with the Gulf coast. Our dream is to retire on the beach someday. We bought this condo and fully remodeled it with that dream in mind. We hope you enjoy Gulf Belleair as much as we do.
Why this property? This condo stood out above the rest due to its spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico, and the fact that it had over 2000 square feet of living space just a stone’s throw from the beach.

We rented this fabulous place for the month of December….The place was perfect and totally lived up to the pictures that were shown. Very well appointed along with some nice extra touches from the owner Mary Lynn! Great location and SPECTACULAR SUNSETS! I would highly recommend this property to anyone…plan on going there again!
