Located in the highly sought-after South Seas community on Marco Island, our home offers breathtaking views of the island’s 3.5-mile stretch of white sandy beaches — truly one of the top vacation spots in Southwest Florida.

Our gated, private complex sits at the northern end of Crescent Beach and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and swaying palms. Whether you’re enjoying vibrant sunsets or watching the waves roll in, you’ll have uninterrupted views from the living room, primary bedroom, and spacious balcony.

Accommodations include Private HI Speed Fiber Optic WI-FI, 65” QLCD smart TV with Surround Sound system in the Living Room, 55” smart TV in the Primary Bedroom, and 46” smart TV in the 2nd Guest Bedroom, wall mounted in all 3 rooms. King-size bed in Primary bedroom & a King-size bed in Bedroom #2, and a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps 6 comfortably.
We have 6 Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Coolers, Umbrellas/Sun Sails and a Beach Buggy to cart these items to the Pool or Beach. On the quiet days, there are games and puzzles in the closet for your enjoyment. Also, a cart to bring your groceries from your car to the unit.
Kitchen is fully Stocked with Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, & Range. Dining Room offers seating for 6. Kitchen has updated granite counters with cooking utensils and complete furnishings including coffee makers, toaster, blender, mixer, crock pot and pots and pans . Both bathrooms have been updated with granite counter tops, a walk in shower in the primary suite, and a shower/tub combo in the 2nd bath room. There are 2 Hair Dryers in the bathrooms. Laundry room is located conveniently at the end of the hall next to the elevator.

The amenities on property at South Seas Club are immense, including a heated pool, tennis, Pickle Ball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, Putting green, exercise room, covered parking, and laundry facilities. Walkout to the large heated pool or the private beach access. Tiger Tail Beach offers a picnic area with grills. There is a concession that rents inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, paddle-boats, windsurfers, and electric-powered boats, which can be used to explore a tropical lagoon. Go shelling on Tiger Tail Beach, for Sand Dollars and other assorted shells, Marco Island is known as the best shelling beach in Florida. Boat docks are also available for an additional fee.
