Dock is available to use for your boat, or rent one from one of the many marinas on the islands. 105 feet of ocean seawall and 60 feet of seawall on the canal offers unbelievable aquarium-like views of marine life! See angel fish, pufferfish, parrot fish, dolphins, manatees, tarpon, Goliath grouper, snapper, moray eels and most other reef fish inches from your feet. If you want to fish, you don't need a boat. Grab a rod and catch some mangrove snapper for dinner. Or catch something bigger, just for fun! Enjoy endless sunsets from the Tiki hut and back porch right off the master. Start each day with coffee on your waterfront patios, then step inside to make breakfast when you get hungry. The open floor plan boasts bright natural light, modern furnishings, and a calming coastal vibe. In the kitchen, you’ll find stainless steel appliances, a gorgeous quartz countertop, and all the cookware you need to whip up favorite recipes. Sit down for meals together in the Tiki hut before heading out to explore.

Winn Dixie is right in town, a gas grill is on site, and you can enjoy your meal in the shaded Tiki. Unwind at home each evening while the AC units in each room keep you cool. Toss the day’s clothes in the onsite washer/dryer. Three smart TVs plus high-speed WiFi should keep everyone entertained. Drift off to sleep each night dreaming of your next day in paradise.

Comfort is a priority – find air conditioning, ceiling fans, smart TV's in living room & both bedrooms. Washer/dryer on site, fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen with fantastic open water views, linens, and bath & beach towels. 2 paddleboards and a sit down paddleboard are available for use. Sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, ice packs, beach caddy and more all provided to make your days at the beach or on the boat stress free.

You are a quick 25 minute drive from the Key West Airport. Grocery store conveniently located on the island. Relax & catch a world-famous Keys sunset from the Tiki hut or back patio overlooking Pine Channel. Dolphin & manatee meander up & down the canal, as well as sharks!
