Tiggers Tree House is a great affordable family vacation home. Located 4.4 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom, golf, shopping, water park, and dining. Ask me about our shortcut onto Disney property that will save you time getting to all the parks.
The home is in an established friendly residential neighborhood called Indian Creek.
The neighborhood has children's play areas, tennis and basketball courts, a soccer field, and several walking trails. The area is sandy and home to many of Florida's natural wildlife. You can see and hear Owls, and many other birds in the pine trees behind our home. Large sandhill cranes, rabbits, turtles, and tortoises are all common sights.
Our location has an abundance of shopping and dining options close by.
Our neighbor to the west is Margaritaville Resort and the Promenade, Sunset Walk with entertainment shopping, and dining.
Our neighbor to the east is the beautiful town of Celebration a must-see for all.
Within 5 miles of the property, we have a plethora of restaurants, theme parks, water parks, and entertainment. We even have a zip line tree trek less than a mile away. You will not be disappointed in this location.

Perfect villa for a family of 5. Great location for the parks, lovely quiet residential area in the evenings. Villa has absolutely everything you could need for your trip, so much space. The older children loved the pool and games room and everything we needed for the baby was provided, travel cot, highchair etc. Access to the villa was super easy with the instructions sent and Karen was very responsive to the couple of messages we sent during our stay. 100% recommend

I have stayed at 2 of the properties in Kissimmee for our Family vacations multiple times. I haven’t been disappointed . The homes are always clean and comfortable . The fenced in backyard pool has been enjoyed by all. It’s private and well Maintained. Any issues at all the owners Karen and Wayne are just a phone call away and I’ve gotten a quick response. I like the convenience of the parks only 10-15 minutes away and it’s nice to come back to a house where everyone has their own room and multiple bathrooms.

We stayed Sept 7-13 and could not have been more pleased with our accomodations! Everything was clean and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and the game room. Our host was always available for questions or concerns that would arise (although we experienced no problems whatsoever!) We would not hesitate to use this host/house again! Enjoyed our time there immensely!! Thank you Karen! Everything was as promised.

Rented this place to go to Halloween horror nights. The place was clean and actually had all the equipment and everything for the game room which I’ve rented more luxurious homes to have pool sticks with no tips no paddles for ping-pong etc. so it was a great surprise to have everything there. Plus having a hot tub separate from the pool and Jacuzzi was Awsome!I know it’s Florida but nothing better from a lot of walking at the parks to come soak in the hot tub. The grill was free and charge no extra that was great also. I was in contact with the homeowner different times , and she was very quick to respond to anything. I highly recommend, and will definitely rent from her again five stars.
