This home offers a living-dining-kitchen great room floor plan with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. Double sliding doors to the large, shaded porch area overlooks the canal. This home also offers screened porches on both the upper and lower levels! The master bedroom has an in suite private bath and comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom is appointed with 2 double beds for sleeping up to 4.

The lower area under the home has a bar area, separate refrigerator for beer and bait and nice screened in porch area for extra space to hang out while at the dock area.

This canal front vacation home offers two separate docking areas. One is 20′ and the second is 22′ with a step-down walkout area for loading the boat. The top of the canal area is studded with rock with a clean natural cut so bumpers will be required.
