Welcome to Casa Caribe, a comfortable 2 bed, 2 bath vacation home on Summerland Key. Located on one of the best canals on the island, and conveniently across the canal from the Summerland Marina, this home provides quick boating to the blue water as well as the prime diving areas of the Gulf and Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary out front. Large boats will tie up easily at the 60’ dock and can be quickly loaded with gear and supplies which can be stored securely in the enclosure under the house.
The home itself is furnished for ease of living with access from the dining area to the outdoor porch which overlooks the canal. Some may prefer resting on the new comfy couches while enjoying the large flat screen TV in the living area. The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen mattress and en suite bath; the second bedroom has 2 double beds for guests. There is wood flooring throughout.

Deposits and subsequent payments are accepted in the form of personal checks. 50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The full balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that rates are subject to change without notice and that seasonal, holiday and special events may be higher.
Regarding cancellations: 60 days prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded in full, less a $75 administration fee – this fee will be retained. If the cancellation occurs within 59 days, any and all deposits and or rents will be forfeited.
