Robert S.Village Brooke is a great location
Village Brooke's location gives easy access to all of the Sarasota area and is a very peaceful and well maintained development. The owners of this unit were super helpful in providing the extra items we felt were needed. The unit is a great size with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with walk in showers. some of the furniture is rather dated and will probably be updated soon. There are two heated pools and a tennis court, all of the other residents made us feel very at home. There is very good office and maintenance staff on site every day.
