SueEllenWe wanted something right on the beach and it definitely was! We were able to see sea turtles hatching, there were shells and beautiful dolphins frolicking in the mornings. Our view from the condo at sunset was breathtaking!

ChristiWe loved the size of the place with few condos so it seemed very private with only few other guest. The home was spotless and had beach towels and chairs and we lived the open floor plan! Very Beachy vibe and newly updated! We will be back!!

NicoleWe had a great stay at 3C. The beaches were beautiful and relaxing, and we didn’t have to fight crowds. The condo was awesome. We loved the layout and the extra space it offered. The bedrooms were quiet at night. We rarely heard any of the neighboring renters.

GeorgeWe had an incredible 5-day stay at Sean’s beautiful beachfront property. The condo is modern, spotless, and fully equipped—everything worked perfectly. The location is absolutely unbeatable, just steps from the beach with stunning views. Sean was a fantastic host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. HuyenAbsolutely gorgeous condo, exactly as pictured if not better. Updated and the best views of the gulf with the floor to ceiling balcony doors. The beach area felt very private, never overly crowded during our stay. Sean was very responsive and quick to solve any questions/ issues. Went above and beyond when it came to our parking questions and accommodations (we have a lot of family in the area). We look forward to returning.

Mariela V.We chose this property for the stunning sunsets! The condo has everything you could ever need to make you feel at home. From new clean towels and linens to kitchen appliances and cookware! The condo is newly remodeled and they did an amazing work! Everything was new and clean. The bedroom’s furniture were so comfortable and nice size tv in each room! The bathrooms were nicely decorated with lots of room to shower comfortably! I stayed the majority of the time by myself and I felt very safe with the security the building has in place! It’s just a wonderful place to stay at ! I can’t wait to visit again !

LisaWe loved this condo. The view was beautiful and beach was perfect. The condo is a really good size, very clean, beautiful living room with a view of the ocean and a balcony that is perfect for watching sunrise and sunset.Sean was very responsive and our expectations were exceeded. I would highly recommend this for anyone vacationing in the area but really great for families. The beach isn't as crowded as Clearwater Beach but even more beautiful. There are lots of restaurants and activities nearby.We will be renting this condo again... we loved it and did not want to leave!

DavidThe location was great. The main bedroom was awesome, but secondary bedroom had a bunk bed setup which was not comfortable. Having only 1 key for the entry to building and beach area was not ideal. Should have at least 2 keys for multiple families. The kitchen was very nice and view of beach/sunset was beyond awesome.

MegGorgeous view and such a spacious place! The photos are very accurate, lots of room!!! We loved watching dolphin swimming back and forth and playing! Sean was very helpful and responsive to all questions we had. The beds were also very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!
