Negative: I thought I reserved with Ocean view but I was disappointed because view was the road side. Probably my fault. Since the building was next to ocean, i assumed I will get ocean view. Overall, it was good

I would come back, rooms are clean location was nice and beach access was amazing. Positive: Location, beach access Negative: Parking, if you have a party of more than 4 you should allow for 2 parking spaces. Yes we were able to park at the office but it was very inconvenient to go anywhere as a family only having one vehicle available.

It was nice, the location was amazing but probably could have gotten the same service from a hotel Positive: It was very spacious and the location was nice! Right on the beach and the pool was a nice addition Negative: The floors could have been cleaned better before our arrival- the instructions could have been clearer as well. Online it mentions check in but when we arrived there was no where to check in so we called and the response we got was less than polite. The tv in the communal area was really hard to figure out, especially since there’s remotes that don’t go to anything

My wife and I booked our honeymoon vacation with this rental and had an absolute great time. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond when we messaged them. Everything is exactly how it is described in the listing. We try to go to Florida at least once a year and we are absolutely making this our new go-to rental! Thanks so much for a great week!

Positive: Location Negative: There is nothing to wash the room, there is no mop, no kettle, and you have to wash the towels after yourself, 5 capsules for the dishwasher for 7 days, but everything else is great, the bed is good, the towels are clean, the rooms are good,the beds are great

The uncomfortable beds may keep us from returning because it hurt my back badly. Other than that, great place! Positive: * Right on the beach- toys and broken wagon provided * More chill type of location- not crowded * Covered parking (make sure you lock your vehicle at all times) * Very cutely decorated * 2 bathrooms * Trash shoot and laundry closet to unit * Property manager very helpful and laid back * Many kitchen appliances * TVs in bedrooms * Quiet at night Negative: * Only a broom and very old nasty mop for cleaning * THE BUNK BEDS AND QUEEN BED ARE HARD AS CONCRETE and the pillows are worn down. * Very small main bathroom * Pots, pans and utilities are very old, worn, and nasty * The elevator only worked once in a while * Barely had enough toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels to last our stay. * Very small pool for so many people

This rental is located in a great spot - right on the ocean with wonderful beach access. The beds were comfortable! We liked that you needed a code for everything which made it feel more private/secure. We did not have any issues or need any help but we knew who to ask and also noticed that Happy Place Vacation Rentals's office was right down the street. I would love to stay here again if we return to Indian Shores.

Bom apartamento, porém, itens de praia como anunciado não tem nenhuma condição de uso, estão tudo amontoados em um espaço, tudo quebrado. Havia obra na área em frente, que deveria nos dar acesso a praia, muito barulho, muito mesmo, acesso a praia bloqueado. Deviam ter avisado sobre a obra. Encontramos alguns hóspedes desistindo da hospedagem e indo embora por conta do barulho das grandes máquinas e tratores que estavam na obra. Não recomendo enquanto estiverem em obras. Pelo valor que pagamos esperava mais tranquilidade e aproveitamento com minha família. Podiam ter nos avisado sobre a obra.
