We have a nice 2/2 condo on the ICW in New Smyrna Beach, which is a hidden Gem in Florida! It is walking distance to many restaurants and 1-mile to the beach. You can enjoy sitting out on the Properties back porch and watch boaters, kayaks and sometimes Dolphins go past. There is also fishing on the pier.
Master bedroom has king bed and TV; Washer and Dryer in the 2nd BR; open floor plan. Balcony overlooks the pool and a view of the water. Also includes a garage for easy parking.

We only rent it during the winter (3-month minimum). Our Past tenants just brought a place so looking for our next winter tenants!
$3500 a month all fees included.
