Anna Maria is a barrier island on the Gulf of Mexico with an old time feel.Its only 7 miles long by 3 miles wide.Our condo is on the beach roughly 200 yds from the Gulf.We are located on the 2nd floor unit #206 where you can sit on our balcony & view the Gulf unobstructed.
Rent a bike and explore our beautiful island,walk on our sugary white beaches or take a swim in the beautiful aqua colored Gulf of Mexico!There are many restaurants,bars and shops within walking distance of our Condo.It is the tradition of visitors and residents of Anna Maria to be on the beach for the most beautiful and breathtaking sunsets you will ever experience.It has been our family tradition for over 30yrs to be on the beach to view the amazing sunsets every evening.You can also choose to sit on our balcony with the beverage of your choosing and enjoy the sunset .
Our mission is to provide a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for our guests on your Holiday.We are not just a place to stay BUT a destination! We aim to insure that the amenities provided are high quality from linens and kitchen basics to the largest heated pool on the Island.Beach accessories as well as beach towels are provided.We prioritize regular maintenance not only to meet but to exceed our guests expectations.

We can testify that, although there are some great gulf front places on AMI, this is among them. The interior was terrific – from the premium countertops, tiled floor, and tastefully decorated interior, it made the condo feel very warm. We appreciated that the decorating was not forced or cluttered. The balcony provided the platform for some beautiful sunsets and continual, rhythmic lapping of the waves. Great spot.

We have stayed here several times over the last years. It is always immaculate inside. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. It’s become our home away from home. The ocean is a few steps away. If you don’t have your own beach chairs or towels there are some there for you to use. The beach is cleaned daily and the sand is sparkly white and soft. The beach is very family oriented. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous!! The pool is always clean also. We’ve often had it all to ourselves. If you’re looking for a clean , relaxing, beautiful ocean view then this is the place for you!

Top on the list is the balcony view of the beach and Gulf, and the amazing sunsets.We loved the location, just a short walk to the trolley and a half dozen restaurants/bars.Condo is clean, beds are comfortable, and everything you need to eat in if you’re not in the restaurant mood. It’s also nice having our own laundry. Quiet neighbors and a relaxing pool round it out.

Accommodations were excellent . The condo was very clean and orderly ! The kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking needs .The location was the best . Steps away from a free trolly that takes you to the North and South end of the island. There was a variety of great restaurants!The pool was sparkling and had plenty of chase chairs! Storage closet was available to guests with umbrellas and sand chairs for the beach!The view from the balcony to watch sunsets was perfect!!The owners were very accessible with any questions!I highly recommend this condo !

My husband and I love this place! Great location and the beach is pretty much your backyard. Covered parking, large, clean swimming pool, nice little tiki bar next door. The interior is nicely decorated and very comfortable, with a great furnished balcony facing the ocean. No better place to watch the sunset. Highly recommend.

I got nothing bad to say about this condo and property. It's footsteps away from the beach which is always kept clean and perfect for watching the sunset. Once you get there to the condo you basically don't need a car. Lots of restaurants and shops within 2 miles so walk or that the free trolley. The pool area is clean and quiet for an afternoon swim. Me and my wife have been there 4 times and will be going back in the fall. I highly recommend this condo!
