Area Information
Very quick open water access located just 10 houses down the canal from the Gulf; 60’ canal front dock. We have our boat on a lift but there is room to dock a 25’ boat.
Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping just minutes away; Beaches are about 4 miles away. There is a 4 mile walk/bike path 1/2 block away around the airport; Bicycles and kayaks provided; Cornhole game

About the owner: My husband and I live primarily in south central Florida and have owned a house in Marathon for 23 years. We bought this house in 2020 and totally renovated it and use it as our second home since we are both retired now. We have never rented it out before but now we would like to rent it out for just the winter months. We would love to share it with preferably a northern couple that wants to escape the snow.
Why this property? Wonderful location, good neighborhood , tropical private pool, boat dockage, tiki cook shed, great entertainment area, close to everything!
