This home is beautifully finished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, soft-close Shaker cabinets, a large central island, a newer full-size washer and dryer, and has all the furnishings. This includes plates, utensils, pots/pans, linens, towels, a toaster, a coffee maker, a blender, and a microwave. Home is Space Themed because you are very close to the rocket launches in Cape Canaveral and we live along the Space Coast. The backyard has a new wood privacy fence, safe for pets and children. The back patio can be accessed via the Primary bedroom, the backyard, or through the private separate office.
