Casa Del Sol is a joy for a single family wanting to spend a week in luxury or can accommodate up to 14 adults (22 people including children) making it perfect place to host a reunion.

Vilano is one of the nicest beaches in St. Augustine. It varies from gentle waves to play in as a family, but big enough to still surf! Vilano is a destination beach for locals and tourists from around the country. YET, our stretch of beach is always quiet and private because no public parking is allowed at the entrance!

**3 minute WALK to RIVER**
EPIC sunsets happen here that you don't want to miss! INCREDIBLE fishing spot also. Large, sandy beach area to relax on when tide is not all the way in.

**2 min. walk to North Beach camp ground that has beautiful walking paths, bike trails, and picnic tables along the river!

**5 minute WALK to Cap’s Restaurant - best in St. Augustine**

LAYOUT OF BEDROOMS: Since this is a large home with 7 true bedrooms we decided to design it in a way that would be most functional for any size group. Thus we remodeled 2 rooms to be “FLEX” rooms that can serve as a true bedroom or as a Living Room area. The following will help clarify what is offered in each room.

FIRST FLOOR

BEDROOM #1 - The Master Suite

BEDROOM #3 - The Gray Room (King Bed with Ensuite)
King bed, 55” Smart TV, Bathroom is accessed through pocket door, large dresser, standard closet, sound machine, ceiling fan

BEDROOM #4 - The Ocean Bunk Room
TWO Full over Full Bunk beds (sleeps 8), HUGE foam bag, 50"TV, standard closet, small dresser, small selection of books and toys for a range of ages, standing fan, Sound machine that mimics being underwater. Bottom mattresses are 12" and top mattresses are 8"

COMMON AREAS

Kitchen -- Kitchen is large and is fully stocked with all essential cooking needs for your gathering. Gorgeous granite countertops with large island make preparing, serving, and clean up a breeze with any style meal or gathering. A complimentary starter coffee bar will be there to great you along with full place settings for 20, kids dish ware, and outdoor plastic place settings for safety and ease.

Main living room - Custom couches compliment the room along with the 72" fan above. 43" Smart TV can be enjoyed here as well as board and card games can be found in the cabinetry for some after dinner fun! You will also discover couch covers if needed and containers for seashell and shark tooth collecting!

Outdoors -- Backyard has plenty of room to be enjoyed by your entire group! Picnic style table seats 6-8 , stylish patio set seats 5, and fire pit location seats 8. Heated salt water pool with spa and sun shelf. Outdoor bathroom on pool deck.
Although you may not be sitting the entire time as putting green, corn hole and life size 4 in Row will be begging to be played! Lastly, there’s a hammock to relax under the trees when you just want a lazy evening.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO REQUIRE GROUPS GO INDOORS FOR QUIET HOURS TO RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS AND TOWN ORDINANCE QUIET HOURS. Groups need to be inside by 10pm on Sun - Thurs. and 11pm on Fri. - Sat.

Area Information

Casa del Sol is in the PERFECT location. You can walk to the beach at the end of the street to watch the sunrise and walk to the intercoastal waterway to watch epic sunsets at night! The beach is semi-private all year round since it can only be accessed by those who can walk there.

Downtown is a 10 minute short drive away. We have 3 restaurants you can walk to from our home and several more within 5 minute drive.

We also have a boat launch, Guana Reserve, and the Vilano Pier all within 5-7 minutes away.

Enjoy the gorgeous, quiet neighborhood by foot, bike, or golf cart! Every home is beautiful on Vilano and accented by beautiful old oak trees down every street, which cannot be found in other areas!
