This incredible property is located at The Terrace inside The Pelican Beach Resort in Destin, FL. Local resorts cannot compare to the diversity and selection found at The Resorts of Pelican Beach. In season, enjoy a snack at the poolside deli and provisions shop, or cool off with a frosty beverage at the beachfront bar. Relax at the beach or take a dip in one of the two community pools. Relax in the hot tub. Visit Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park located directly across the street. Take the short drive to the Destin Harbor and enjoy the shopping, dining, and fireworks at the Harborwalk Pavilion. The options are limitless at this centrally located beach resort!

The Space:
This 3 bedrooms/3-bathroom condominium includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A living room area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and private balcony with views of The Terrace pool and lake. A master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom. A second master bedroom with a queen size bed and full-size bathroom. A third bedroom with two twin beds. A full-size washer and dryer.

Getting Around:
When you arrive go through the guard gate and then go to main Pelican Beach Complex which is last building (Brown Building) on the Gulf Side. Go to lobby receptionist (open 24/7), and you will fill out a Guest registration form. Guest Services will then issue you parking passes and wristbands for your stay. Once registered you will then go to The Terrace at Pelican Beach complex.
