Miramar Villas 107/ Short walk to beach

This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome includes: Three floors of living space with three outdoor areas to relax (Two private balconies and a back porch with a grill). The fireplace is not available for use. Washer and dryer in unit.

The Space:
The first floor: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A living area big enough for the whole family to relax. A downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed, a 32" flat screen TV, a full size bathroom with shared hallway access, a lovely patio in a wooded setting, and a gas grill.

The second floor: A spacious master suite with a king size bed, a 32"TV, and a large private bathroom with a soaking tub. (The master tub is not useable at the moment. There are 2 tubs other tubs that can be used- Bathroom is getting remodeled in the fall.) A private deck just off of the master bedroom. A second bedroom with a set of twin size beds, a flat screen TV, a full-size bathroom, and a private balcony. A set of bunk beds in the hallway.

The third floor: A top level spacious sitting area (Perfect for the kids with plenty of movies, games, books, and a flat screen TV). A private balcony off this room with views of the gulf across the street.

Guest Access:
Parking: 3 parking passes issued for your stay. Scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, bikes, golf carts, or trailers of any kind are NOT permitted to park at the property.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have access to our Guest app that we have added some or our favorites places to eat, visit, activities to help you plan the perfect visit and have all the property information right on your phone.

The Neighborhood:
Miramar Beach Villas is an exclusive townhome community located along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, FL. Guests of Miramar Beach Villas have easy access to the beaches of The Gulf of Mexico via the private beach access just a short walk away. Relax after a day at the beach with a dip in the swimming pool or hot tub, sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunsets, or venture out to one of the many restaurants located close by. The nearby Whale's Tail restaurant is a family favorite within walking distance. Miramar Beach offers many restaurants, local attractions, shopping malls, and sporting activities for the whole family.

Getting Around:
There is a private community pool and the walk to the beach is a just 3 minutes.
