A guest bedroom that includes two twin beds, a 42" TV/ DVD player, and a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

No boat or trailer parking allowed. This unit has a marked parking space and a visitor spot. All vehicles must display a parking pass. Without a parking pass your vehicle will be subject to towing. No commercial vehicles allowed on property overnight.

Patios and balconies are for organized patio furniture only. No coolers, bikes, towels hanging over railings, or like items.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
