We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Smoking Prohibited except as otherwise permitted by applicable law. Smoking or vaping of any kind shall be prohibited on unit balconies and in the common elements apart from areas of the common elements specifically designated by the Board of Directors.

Guests are not permitted to have anything on the walkways, in front of stairwells, or at the entrance to the units. This includes beach chairs, toys, buggies, strollers, supplies, etc. This prohibition is in compliance with the fire code/insurance requirements and is for everyone’s protection.
