Summit 513 is roughly a .2 mile short walk to the beach in the private resort. The kitchen is freshly renovated with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, resurfaced cabinets, and granite countertops. The laundry room, with the convenience of a new washer and dryer, can be found in the kitchen as well. The living room boasts those gorgeous peek-a-boo beach views and has a flat screen HDTV, sleeper sofa, loveseat, and oversized armchair.
