The yard features lush turf landscaping and a spacious pool equipped with both a heater and a chiller, ensuring comfort in every season. Please note: The owner’s boat is parked in the front yard on the left side of the property. However, there is still ample parking available for multiple vehicles.

Stop by Crooked Palm Cabana for happy hour and enjoy craft cocktails, local brews, and wood-fired bites. For everyday essentials, Tavernier Towne Plaza is only two minutes north and offers grocery stores, a pharmacy, a post office, and more. For even more excitement, head just 10 minutes south to Downtown Islamorada, known for its lively atmosphere, boutique shops, and renowned restaurants. And if you’re feeling adventurous, Key West is only a scenic two-hour drive south, offering a day trip filled with history, dining, and unforgettable island energy.
