This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with a spacious living room and dining room has a sunny Florida room and a charming side lanai. Beautifully renovated and furnished in 2015, it has new stone tile floors throughout the entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen, new carpet in the bedrooms and newly renovated bathrooms with granite vanities and tile floors. The gorgeous white kitchen was renovated in 2020. The main bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV and a large walk-in closet. It also has a separate vanity with a make-up table and a large vanity in the main area of the private bath.Wait until you see the new walk in stone shower!
The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed that can be converted to 2 twins, a beautiful sunny bay window and a large double closet. It also has a private entrance to a private bath with an eye-catching granite vanity.

Harrington Lake has a pool for the neighborhood just a few 100 feet from our home. Plantation has a large pool, fitness center, Pickleball courts, Tennis and more! This is all included in your stay!

Located in the neighborhood of Harrington Lake within the Plantation, it is a short walk to the neighborhood pool and a 15 minute drive to Venice beaches. Grocery stores and department stores are only a few miles away. The charming island of Venice also 15 minutes away has many great restaurants and shopping. Bike paths can be found throughout the neighborhood area and throughout Venice. Many public golf courses are available throughout the Venice community.
