900 sq. ft. 2 BR/2 BA condo on the island of Venice across from the airport in Glenwood Manor Condo Association. Approximately 1 mile from the beach. Association amenities include clubhouse, heated pool, bike racks and community grills. 1 assigned parking spot.
Currently reserved for December-April each season. Available only during off-season and only for a 2 month minimum (per association rules) -- no exceptions. No smoking. No pets. Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
Each booking requires:
--Short-term lease signed with deposit paid (deposit refundable unless cancelation occurs within 90 days of rental period)
--Condo association rental application signed and $50 fee paid
--Photo ID provided
--Prior rental references provided/checked.
--$200 cleaning fee
Note: 13% tax will be added to rent amounts (for state/county sales and tourist development taxes).
