This is a reverse living house where the majority of the bedrooms (4BR/4BA) are on the lower level and the kitchen, great room, dininig area, and Master Bedroom are on the top level. There is an elevator that can be used (elevator fee $150, waived for elderly or mobility impaired) from the ground level to access all floors. The house has multiple decks with direct viewing of the Gulf of Mexico, private wood walkway over the dune to the beach, propane fed outdoor grill, huge picturesque viewing windows, modern furniture and appliances, stand alone icemaker, 3 separate refridgerators, covered and open parking, beach equipment provided (see list below), and much more!
The first floor is considered the "bedroom floor" with 4 full sized bedrooms and 4 corresponding bathrooms to service each bedroom. Bedrooms 1,2, and 4 are gulf front facing!
This level can sleep up to 22 Adults if needed.
Bedroom #1: Has a king bed and 2 queen sized beds.
Bedroom #2: Has a king bed and 2 queen sized beds.
Bedroom #3: Is a large bunk bedroom with 4 adult queen custom built bunk beds.
Bedroom #4: Has a queen bed.
The main floor which is the top floor has the Chef's designer Kitchen, open floor plan living room and dining room, wet bar area with bar seating for 4, ktichen table seating for 10, dining island seating for 6, coffee bar, half bath for the living area, access to the top level outside deck, and the Master Bedroom (the 5th bedroom in the house).
Bedroom #5: The Master Bedroom is a full master suite with King size bed, standalone bathtub, custom tiled large shower with overhead waterfall shower head, and of course direct beachfront facing with incredible views.
