The guest bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed as well as its own closet and dresser. The second bathroom is located right outside of the room as well.

KatieWe absolutely loved this unit! It was SO clean, nice big kitchen, beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were also super clean, including the bathrooms down by the pool area. We had an issue with the fridge when we were first got to the condo, the host was super responsive and helpful with offering solutions and sent a repair person the next day. Highly recommend booking this place!

Pat B.Sean was responsive to all my questions and concerns in a timely and friendly manner. The unit was just as pictured—beautiful and well stocked (only Kleenex not provided). We loved the view from the balcony and caught a gorgeous sunset the first night and a light show (lightening) the second! Also appreciated that the balcony was above the hot tub and pool area. The pool was warm and the hot tub lived up to its name— very enjoyable being we didn’t have the best weather. We also made good use of the grill and lounging area. All of the other condo residents were very friendly and congenial. There seemed to be plenty of parking spaces. Everything one would need for the beach was also provided along with several beach towels. The elevator worked for the most part (it was out of commission briefly but back up and running really quickly). The private beach was beautiful and well-maintained and just steps from the pool/spa area. Being close to John’s Pass and having a 7-eleven across the street made for a perfect location. Uber drivers were easy to access for our nights out when we didn’t want to drive. The fact that we were able to rent the condo for only two nights on short notice was a bonus! Highly recommend!

AmandaSean's place was excatly as described. The beds were really comfortable and great. We also loved the view and is steps from Maderia beach. All the codes are challenging to keep up with. Other than that the place was great! Sean was excellent at communicating with us the morning of check in and through out our stay.

AlexWe had a fantastic stay! Sean’s communication was flawless from start to finish. The condo is exactly as pictured right on the beach, spotlessly clean, and located on the 3rd floor. We practically had the whole beach to ourselves, which was amazing. There’s also a pool on-site (though we didn’t use it), and the location is perfect close to plenty of great restaurants.The only minor inconvenience was having three different codes for the elevator, beach gate, and stairs, but it certainly wouldn’t stop me from booking again. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended!

The location was walkable to all restaurants and the boardwalk. My family and I had a great time enjoying the pool, beach that was attached to the condo. LoveStaying at the Madeira condo was perfect for our family! The unit was clean, in a wonderful location situated on the beach, pool was open and well maintained, condo was vacation ready stocked w/essentials such as towels, toilet paper, dishes, coffee, beach and pool equipment for convenience, a long with parking passes.As for the host, Sean was very responsive from the start of the reservation all the way through check-out. On day of arrival check-in instructions were provided w/codes for the property.The only downsides of the rental was needing a different code to access each guest area on property such as the elevator, pool, gate to beach, and one for the condo.As well as the cancellation policy. This particular cancellation policy was very rigid not allowing much wiggle room incase of emergency or for weather related issues that are outside of a guests control.Other than those things mentioned our experience was lovely.

MarniWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom beach condo! Located on the 3rd floor, the view of the ocean from the balcony was simply stunning—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset. The condo itself was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were super comfortable, and the living room furniture made relaxing after a day at the beach feel like home.The owner has thoughtfully stocked the unit with beach chairs and umbrellas, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. Speaking of the beach—it was beautiful, clean, and quiet, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The pool was also a great size and never felt crowded.We really appreciated how responsive and helpful the owner was whenever we had a question. It made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

JasonWe stayed 3 nights at This Condo and loved it. Location was great, close to John's Pass area and easily drivable to most other places. The Condo was very clean and updated. Great view of the Gulf and beautiful beach. The two taller chairs on the patio was a nice addition as there was no need to gaze over the railing to see the stunning views. There was a nice pool and hot tub too on the property that was a nice change from the ocean. The whole property was very clean and well maintained.

NicoleOur stay was great! This was our 3rd stay in the building but 1st time in this unit. It was clean & had everything we needed. We knew ahead of time the pool & hot tub were not working (post hurricane) so we enjoyed the beach - the unit has beach chairs which was so helpful. Sean was a fantastic host. It was clean smelt clean had a good beach that wasn't crowded, inhave teenagers itnwas safe they could go back and forth to the beach and pool the bed and spacing situations were awesome, shopping is near by. They provided us with beach towles, chairs, toys, FISHING POLES!!! We were so taken care of. We loved it all.

JazmynOur stay was wonderful. Sean was super quick to respond to any and all questions. Located in a great place close to John’s Pass and other favorite locations. I just wish there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but there are machines located one floor above. We loved our stay and cant wait to come back.

AdamMy family loved this trip. They begged me to get the same exact condo for next year. There is a 7eleven right across the street. The walk to John's Pass was just minutes away, but we suggest walking down the beach to it as it was much more enjoyable that way. The condo itself was perfect. It had everything we needed and wanted, down to the beach toys and accessories! We absolutely will go back.
